Bio
The Third Kazekage (三代目风影, Sandaime Kazekage; Literally meaning "Third Wind Shadow") was once the leader of Sunagakure. He had the Unique ability to manipulate his chakra and convert it into magnetic forces allowing him to control Iron Sand , this makes all magnetic material when used in combat against him unwise. He created this technique after studying the current host of Shukaku at that time, and recreating it using his powers. It was for this very ability that he was noted as the strongest Kazekage in the entire history of Sunagakure. Under mysterious circumstances, the Third Kazekage disappeared before a war broke out. When Sakura and Chiyo met up with Sasori during their attempt to rescue Gaara, Sasori revealed that he had taken the Third Kazekage's body and turned him into one of his Human Puppets. After a long, drawn-out fight, Sakura managed to destroy the puppet.

Abilities
Iron Sand
A special technique used by the Third Kazekage. The Third studied a host of the One-Tailed Shukaku and learned to imitate the power to control sand. However, when he imitated sand techniques, he used iron dust instead, thanks to his special magnetic powers. He could use it to crush his opponents or even mold the sand into weapons. The Iron Sand can also clot up the joints of puppets, making them unusable in battle as long as the Third Kazekage's magnetic field is in effect.

When the Third Kazekage was turned into a Human Puppet, Sasori gained access to the Iron Sand abilities and imbued the sand with his poison. The puppet was later destroyed by Sakura Haruno and Sasori's grandmother, Chiyo.

Magnetism
Magnetism is a rare trait which is only seen used by a few ninja. However it was presumed that the Third Kazekage used Iron sand through Magnetism.

Sealing
Not much is known about the Third Kazekage's ability to seal, besides the fact that he had the ability to seals the One Tailed Shukaku with the help and support of Chiyo into a unknown host. It was Frequently mentioned he had a high chakra level which could match the Shukaku's Chakra, thus allowing him to seal it.

Equipment: I carry not weapons on me because i can control iron sand to form into weapons by will. At my waist is a small pouch with seals to release a large amount of iron sand out of it.

Outfit: I have Spikey black hair, which is much like the young Madara's and also liek a very thick and proper sasuke cut. I wear a brown sleevless vest, and under that is paige colored robe.

Strengths: Because i control iron sand which is a mix of Sand and Magnetism, as well as Wind and Earth, i am not weak to many things.

Weakness: BEcause of Iron sand which is a mix of Sand and Magnetism, I am weak to water which over comes the elements for sand; Earth and Wind.

Trivia
• Many have speculated the Third Kazekage to be a remake of the Yondaime Hokage from the Sand Village
• It is noted int he Third World Data Book that the Third Kazekage's name is Kaiho Hirusuna
• Kaiho (界法) can be translated as World Order, which is a name of one of his attacks, while Hiru (ヒルコ) and Suna (砂隠) can both be put together to say "Leech Sand" Which symbolizes how his Iron Sand Drains Chakra. Whent he two names are put together, Kaiho Hirusuna (界法ヒルコ砂隠) it can be read as World Order of Leech Sand.

Like the Sand Drizzle, this technique hardens the Iron Sand into countless small grains or a few elongated needles. These projectiles can then be used to attack simultaneously across a wide range. The magnetic repellent forces will speed them up in an instant, making them so fast they can barely be seen. The range and speed of this attack make it almost impossible to defend against.

This technique gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defenses with one hit.

Because the weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools.

The Two Shapes Already Able to make
Two shapes have been shown:
• The Giant Spear (巨大槍, Kyodaisō): by forming the Iron Sand into a triangular, spindle-shaped object and tapering it into a sharp point at one end, the user creates a giant spear.

• The Giant Hammer (巨大鉄槌, Kyodai Tettsui): by forming the Iron Sand into a large rectangular shape, the area of contact is increased greatly, creating a giant, hard-to-evade hammer.

• The Gaint Arm (巨大犬 ,Kyodai Tsume): by forming the iron sand into a large arm like shape, The third Kazekage creates a long and large claw of iron sand.

• The Giant Fang (巨大犬, Kyodaikiba): by forming the iron sand into a funnel like shape, The Third Kazekage creates a large spike in air which he sends crashing down at the target.

• The Giant Casualty Beheader (巨大死者傀首斬 Kyodai Shisazan): by forming the iron sand together in the shape of a long and sharp blade, The Third Kazekage sends a death breaking massive iron sand sword toward the target.

• The Giant Multiple Spikes (巨大多サ Kyodai Tajugo): by forming the iron sand in the shape of multiple spikes, The Third Kazekage sends all of them crashing down at the target.

• The Gaint Flying Snake (巨大トビ蛇 Kyodai Tobihebi): by forming the iron sand into the shape of a large snake, the Third Kazekage sends a deadly Iron Sand Snake shooting at the target.

• The Gaint Lion Closing Roar (巨大・獅子閉哮 Kyodai Shishi Heikō): by forming the iron sand into the shape of a massive Lion Head, The Third Kazekage sends a devastating flying Lion at the target with its mouth open. As the target is struckt he jaw of the Lion Head closes and crushes them.

• The Gaint Shutting Halberd (巨大閉の矛 Kyodai Heihōkō): by forming the Iron Sand around him into the shape of a massive Spear like Halberd, The Third Kazekage sends the weapon at the target. The weapon slolwy opens at the tip like a tunnel then when it comes, if the target is caught in it, the hole closes and multiple spikes penetrate throught it killing the target.

• The Gaint Imperial Leech (巨大大蛭子 Kyodai Hirutaisō): by forming the iron sand around him, The Third Kazekage shapes it into a massive leech twisting around him like a wall. With this leech wall he can block alot of attacks.

• The Gaint Drill Bullet (巨大・練空弾 Kyodai Renkūdan): by forming Iron sand int he sky, The Third Kazekage creates a large missle like bullet in air. Once created it is sent crashing at the target.

• The Gaint Spiked Tail (巨大界サ Kyodai Biyokugo): by forming the iron sand along him body, The Third Kazekage forms a long iron sand tail which is very large on him. The iron sand tail is covered in multiple spikes.

• The Gaint Wall (巨大壁 Kyodaiheki): by forming the iron sand around him, The Third Kazekage creates a large wall around him made of iron sand. The iron sand wall drains a large amount of chakra so it can only be used a few seconds or around two minutes at the most.

Summoning: Legendary Wind Shadow's Halberd (kuchiyose: Densetsu Kazekage Hōkō)

The legendary Wind Shadow's Halbred was made by The Third Kazekage from the remains of the Second and First Kazekage, who both were once holders of Shukaku. With the ashes created from there rotting bodies the Third Kazekage created a large spiked spear tip, the tip was outlined with a special chakra which was able to cut through wood and metal with slight ease. The Third Kazekage used this weapon in his battle with the One Tailed Beast Shukaku to cut down his sand attacks and sand protection.

Ultimate Art of the Kazekage: One Hundred Year Old Dessert Sealing Method (Saikō Zettai Kazekagepo: Sōen no Sabakuja Hōin)

Ultimate Art of the Kazekage: One Hundred Year Old Dessert Sealing Method was created by the Third Kazekage to seal Shukaku into a dead monk. The ritual begins as pillars of iron sand rise up, each one holding a special seal, slowly threads of chakra begin to draw the beast unable to move. In the end the beast is sealed within a item or person who is in the center of the circle.

This jutsu is much like Yondaime Hokage's Eight Trigrams Sealing method but instead it takes a while to build up. With the sealed Iron Sand Pillars the chakra slowly stops within the beast, calming it and causing it to become immobile. Chains of iron sand move and bind around the target as well. As the beast slowly is taken down parts of him begin to move to the center of the feild, forming inside the selected person or items body. Once the ritual is complete the beast or person is completely locked within the object.

The Gaint Masked Leech Technique is simply a summon used by The Third Kazekage to summon Dokusan, a massive 100cm tall purple leech with a white mask and yellow symbols. The leech has four long red hairs on the top of his mask and a long slimy red tongue which resembles a snake. The masked Leech is a S-rank summon used by the Third Hokage.

When this move is used, The Third Kazekage places both hands to the ground, using chakra as magnetism propels himself into the air. Soon to follow up is the massive leech which appear, spitting acid around him to eat through the ground and create a thick steam around him.

The Gaint Masked Leech (零尾の面蛭, Kyodai no Menhiru) is a dark leech-like spirit with a noh mask summoned by The Third Kazekage. The Leeches real name is Dokusan (毒酸 Literaly meaning "Poison Acid").

The history of Dokusan is very long and harsh, taking place in a time of great war and depression. No one truly knows how he started out or who the leader of the Leech summons were but it was said to be a distant relative of the Third Kazekage. The first none info of Dokusan takes place during the second great ninja war.

During the time of the Second Ninja war, which was mainly a battle between Senju and Uchiha, Dokusan had taking a very deep intrest in ninjutsu, seeing as he discovered other summons could do it, he too wanted to. Unknowing about his abilities he found a trained in the Hirusuna clan, a Unknown master of Magnetism who began to train the summon in how to use Ninjutsu. The training lasted in a hidden mountain called "Takishūmatsu" also known as "The Waterfall Valley". The strange man began to explain to him how to use chakra, and how many years earlier a great ninja called "The sage of the Six Realms" had come and shown them how to use chakra, and thus the invention of Ninjutsu. The training in the concealed valley lasted the entire ninja war.

After his training on how to use chakra he awoke one day to find the old and wise man dead, he had died from old age. So with the loss of a close freind he left the valley in search of a summoner, hoping to become stronger. At this time he was around 300 years old, but it was his first time out in the ninja world, he had been concealed all his life in his Leech paradise. Dokusan traveled around the world with his new Ninjutsu capabilities, but the man had died before he could learn to use ninjutsu attacks. As he traveled he picked up info on Three Summons made by the Legendary Sannin, he didnt know it but a Third Great Ninja War had broke out. Wondering about this the leech went to Rain Village where he caught a glimpse of Orochimaru, Tsunade, Jiraiya and Hanzo fightning. Bodies were all over the feild and the Leech hid himself as he watched, seeing Gamabunta use Fire and oil, Katsuyu splitting into multiple slugs to heal and using Sticky Tooth Acid Bomb, Manda though he realized did not have any ninjutsu besides a replacement with shedded snake skin, and finaly the Great Salamander Summon by Hanzou, who had Fire and Water Ninjutsu, much like Gamabunta, but his was much stronger.

As he watched the battle rage through he realized that summons besides his were learning how to use Ninjutsu, he decided it was time to act because he was going to be left behind. Unknown what to do he set out on a long journey to discover info on Leeches. He soon found that Leeches were close relatives in species with Slugs, which gave him a idea. If Katsuyu used Acid and they were close in species mabye he could. So with this he began to train trying to create acid in his mouth. Dokusan took many months before he finaly created a bullet of Acid. This move was his first jutsu, Destructive Acid Bullet. Feeling proud he decided to test this ability, he realized he was in the sand village so he needed a summon, hearing of the kage being a Hirusuna which meant he was meant to be his summon, since leeches were special to the Hirusuna Clan.

Soon after meeting Kaiho Hirusuna, the Third Kazekage they signed a summoning contract. Dokusan was the Third's first summon. They trained together and Kaiho taught Dokusan many techniques, and soon Sasori attacked. Dokusan tried his best to destroy all the puppets with acid but in the end he was caught by a stunning poison and knocked out paralyzed. Feeling as though he lost he was angry, not willing to take defeat until he saved his master. The rest of this arc is unknown.

Currently him and his master, Kaiho Hirusuna, Former Third Kazekage, Current Second Otokage, now live in Otogakure no Sato.

Body Hardening Technique was one of the first Ninja Techniques that Dokusan learned from Kaiho. Due to the fact that Dokusan wanted to be able to fight in battles kaiho wanted to make sure he had a defense. So together they created this jutsu to help Dokusan. This technique creates a thick layer of hard skin on Dokusan's body which is almost as hard as stone.

Decaying Acid Bullet (Fushi Nensandan)

Decaying Acid Bullet was made by Dokusan as a weaker version of Destructive Acid Bullet. Dokusan made this move so he could use a powerful attack without using all his chakra. With his acid released its more like Tsunade's Slug, Katsuyu's jutsu called Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid. Instead of the more powerful version of Destructive Acid Bullet all it does is eat through like a real acid without the poison effect.

Destructive Acid Bullet was the first move created and learned by Dokusan. In terms of his qust to learn Ninjutsu he made this jutsu much like Tsunade's Slug, Katsuyu's jutsu called Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid. This move differs however, instead of creating a chemical substance to immediatly eat through anything this move fires a Poison like Acid Bullet from Dokusan's mouth. With the poison acid, as the acid eats through a object it releases a poison like smell which will effect the senses, as well as if the target is hit by the acid it is eaten away.

Sticky Acid Stream Torrent (Nensan Zeshonryū)

Sticky Acid Stream Torrent is a more concentrated and longer version of Destructive Acid Bullet. In the fight with Sasori, Dokusan needed a way to fight back, so in a burst of power he created a stream of acid instead of bullets, which easily ate through multiple puppets. As seen with Sasori this jutsu spews a stream of sticky acid from Dokusan's mouth.

Poison Mist Technique (Dokugiri)
Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range
Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances. It is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison.

Water Release: Sticky Capture Stream (Suiton: Nenzes Naba)

Water Release: Sticky Capture Stream was the first Elemental Ninjutsu Dokusan ever learned. He developed this technique after watching Izumo Kamizuki use Water Release: Syrup Capture Feild. Unknowing how to use Water Ninjutsu he confronted Izumo. Izumo began training the slug for several months until he was fully able to use a new move of Water Release on his own. Basing this jutsu on Izumo's, this move does the same thing and effect. Dokusan releases a steady strean of sticky water like syrup all over the feild, which if caught in severely slows down your movements.

Iron Sand Shukaku's Final Moment (Satetsu Shukaku no Shijomatsu)

The ultimate move of Iron Sand invented by The Third Kazekage. With this attack, the Third Kazekage crushed the one tailed biju Shukaku. Shukaku's Final Moment summons all of the iron sand in the earth around him to rise up, filling the sky. Once the attack is complete the Third KAzekage sends all of it pouring down like one massive bomb onto the earth, crushing it to peices.

Iron Sand Dragon Missle is a poweful formation of Iron Sand which creates a massive dragon in the sky. Using Iron Sand Around him, The Kazekage releases it intot he shape of a large dragon, much like the Water Release: Water Dragon Missle which he sends at the target to crash into them and kill them.

Iron Sand Death Sheild (Satetsu Shitate)

Iron Sand Death Sheild was invented by The Third Kazekage in his epic battle with the One Tailed Shukaku. Using sand around him he surrounded himself in a complete ball which blocked the Move Ultimate Absolute Attack: Shukaku's Halberd. As the host created a large spear, The Third Kazekage used the iron sand to surround himself in a great wall of iron sand, the spear exploded and merely turned to dust and sand against his wall.

Iron Sand Breakthrough Wave is a great attack made to match Shukaku's Wind Breakthrough. Much like the Wind Release: Great Breakthrough, The Third Kazekage creates a massive wave of iron sand to wash over the land and come crashing down on the target.

This jutsu uses Iron Sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user creates two masses of Iron Sand with opposite polarities and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the Iron Sand across a vast area.

The Iron Sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the Iron Sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person.

Sand Clone Technique (砂分身の術, Suna Bunshin no Jutsu)

This technique makes a clone out of sand like the Water Clone Technique. This technique has only been used by Gaara and Sasori once, when Gaara faced Sasuke Uchiha and when Sasori faced Kankuro.

There are two noticeable differences seen in sand clones that are not seen in other clones. The first difference is that while the sand takes the form of it's master, it will always take the color of sand. This means that it is almost useless as a decoy. The second difference is that while most clones disappear after one hit, it takes at least two hits to destroy a sand clone. Additionally, the clone is capable of interaction, such as when Gaara's sand clone caught shuriken thrown by Sasuke. This increased sturdiness implies great combat potential, rivaling that of even clones created by the Mirrored Sudden Attacker Technique.

This technique was invented by the Third Kazekage at a young age when he first learnded Magnetic Controlling. With this technique the Kazekage could easily flot in the air with his magnetic force. Currently this is a technique for the Hirusuna Blood Line.

This jutsu enables the user to control the magnetics around there body, lightening the effects of matter around them and taking off some of the gravity on them. With this taken off it will allow them to move faster without the force of friction or gravity holding them back fully.

This jutsu enables the user to be able to control and reflect on coming weapon attacks, But the weapon has to be made of metal or a magnetic substance, which most weapons are, so this move wouldn't work on the Samehada. Using a magnetic pulse to attract or reflect the magnetic material the user can cause the weapon to move by will. This move can be used to stop a weapon coming at the target, as well as in a puppet way of controlling weapons sent at the target.

This jutsu gathers Magnetic Energy around the user to rise the gravitational force upward. Using chakra into the ground the user causes a suction like motion to raise it up. Because the ground is raising it is possible to move the earth to block on coming attacks, as well as hide among the floating earth. However for a genin rank ninja this only last a few minutes, but for a jounin it last a while.

With the magnetic energy around the target, the user releases a pulse to turn the area the target is in magnetic. BEcause of the magnetic pull all of the magnetic objects in the area are attracted to that area, thus sending multiple items at the target.

Magnetics: Electric Phantasm (Jishaku: Denji Genmu)
Type: A-rank, Supplementary, Short to mid range (0-10m)

This releases a strong wave of magnetic pulses which draw all magnetic objects toward the condensed magnetic energy. The objects gather around and form a large ball which slowly begins to expand. Once it is at its full state the ball explodes in a roar of metal objects.

Hiding Among The Sand (Sunagakure no Sato)

User: The Third Kazekage
Using this technique the user can easily conceal there poisition and hide within sand or the earth. This technique allows them to burrow into the ground and breathe in it as well.
