PART ONE
Chuunin Exams
Izumo Kamizuki (神月イズモ, Kamizuki Izumo) is a Chunin from Konohagakure. He spends most of the time with his partner Kotetsu Hagane. Izumo and Kotetsu first appear disguised as Genin, trying to convince those planning to take part in the Chunin Exams not to bother. Team 7 recognizes that they have cast a genjutsu on the area, prompting them to give up in light of the group's skill. They then act as examiners in the first test. When Tsunade becomes Hokage, Izumo and Kotetsu start doubling as her assistant and as guards to the front gates of Konoha. The anime indicates that they are easily ignored or duped by those using the Transformation Technique while on the job.

Konoha Invasion
During the Konoha Invasion by Orochimaru, Izumo and Kotetsu Hagane were breifly seen fightning a group of sand ninjas. In this breif seen it is shown that like Kotetsu, Izumo summons and can weild weapons in battle as well. The known weapons seen are Exploding tags, Large Kunai and Windmill Shuriken.

PART TWO
Hidan and Kakuzu
Izumo and Kotetsu are assigned to a Niju Shotai team with Asuma Sarutobi and Shikamaru Nara. Their mission being to find members of Akatsuki, they do just that. The team tracks an Akatsuki duo to a bounty station, where Izumo and Kotetsu stab Hidan during a sneak attack. When Hidan survives, they pull back and watch Asuma fall prey to Hidan's jutsu, unable to help him. They instead engage Hidan's partner, Kakuzu, but are easily captured and must be rescued by Raido Namiashi and Aoba Yamashiro.

After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja can project a stream of sticky syrupy liquid which can be spit onto a surface to form an adhesive trap or onto a person to inhibit their mobility. In the anime, it is shown that this technique's creation was inspired when Izumo knocked over a jar of syrup, which was previously being eaten plain by Kotetsu Hagane, and subsequently tripped in the sticky substance.

After performing the necessary hand seals, Izumo can project a large amount of sticky syrupy liquid to cover across the air. While in air Izumo charges chakra through the syrup and turns it into threads of syrup, making a net like web of syrup to spread over the target, capturing them.

As the syrup is gathered in Izumo'z motuh his cheeks turn into buldges, and his lips suck inward. Once releases a spinning bullet of sticky syup is fired out, crossing over the feild as it strikes and crushes into the target.

After performing the necessary hand seals, Izumo gathers a large amount of sticky syrup in his mouth. Once it finishes gathering, izumo releases it into the air, dripping and pouring down over his body as it covers and drenches him. Within seconds the sticky syrup hardens, forming into a thick and powerful armor. Most fire attacks will not be able to harm Izumo in this state, or Weapons and Taijutsu, most likely they will become stuck to the armor like glue.

After performing the necessary hand seals, Izumo gathers a large amount of sticky syrup in his mouth. Once he finishes gathering them, Izumo releases a shockwave of Sticky Syrup to spread across the land, like a wave of sticky water. The water rushes over and knocks away weapons, as well as the target, when caught in the wave, the target is caught and stuck to the ground.

Flying Tool is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to store an assortment of items or weapons within summoning scrolls, as a means of concealing them or simply to make traveling easier. When needed, the owner will open one of the scroll and activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Puppets can have these scrolls hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding potentially useful weapons from the opponent's sight.

Smoke Bomb Feild summons a hand full of smoek bombs to appear within Izumo's arms. When izumo releasingt he bombs into the air, forming the needed release (Kai) Seals, the bombs explode, turning into a blast of purple smoke.

Sealed Bomb Square Release is a technique which traps the opponent in a cage of exploding tags, then, if the target moves, the exploding tags activate. Iruka's skill is probably in this area.

Thousand Flying Throwing Nails (Sentobi Makibishi)

Thousand Flying Throwing Nails is used by Izumo to summon on nail in his hand. Once launched the name turns into a release seal, and summons one thousand needles to swarm through the air at the target. The nails are moving with a high speed and are sharp enough to puncture a thick wooden wall without any extra force added.

This technique requires a bladed weapon. By feeding chakra into the weapon, the ninja will increase the length and density of his blade to strike an enemy from several feet out of the physical blade's range. This is done by creating an invisible extension of chakra that shapes into an edge that functions like the normal blade itself. Seeing the blade, the opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike and thereby still be cut even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. This technique works best with element chakra, especially with wind-type for offensive power.

This technique Summons smoke from two smoek bombs in Izumo's hand. Once struck to the ground the smoek expands across the feild, masking Izumo's appearance and position. During the time that teh target is caugth within the smoke, Izumo un-seals a scroll, letting it rise into the air. WIth chakra channeled through the scroll, Izumo releases it and summons a current of senbon to come crashing down at the target.

Hidden Mouth Needle Shot (Meisaiguchi Mishindan)

Using blood within his mouth, Izumo is capable of summoning a large amount of senbon/seals within his mouth. Once summoned Izumo channels his chakra as he launches the senbon at the targets from his mouth.

Equipment: I carry a kunai pouch, loaded with thirty Shuriken, a scroll to summon fifteen shuriken (At one time), a scroll to summon two large shuriken (Two windmill shuriken at a time) and a scroll to summon two large Kunai (Two kunai at one time. In my shuriken holster then are thirty shuriken, a scroll to summon twenty (At one time) and a scroll to summon Kotetsu's Iron Mace.

Strength's: I am skilled in Weapon Jutsu, Slight Ninjutsu (Water Release). I am fast, can control my chakra and can also by will create Sticky Syrup from my mouth. I am a smart and strategic thinker, but not as smart as shikamaru. I ams skilled with two large kunai, as seen when me and kotetsu rushed at hidan, peircing him in two sides in one quick momment, also able to channel chakra into my weapons to sharpen them.

Weakness: Due to the fact i am a Pure Water user, I am extremly weak against Lightning Users. Another weakness i have from my water element is earth, capable of blocking it. People like rock lee who excell in Taijutsu are tough for me, even though i specialize in short to mid range i still can't match speed or power like Gai or Rock Lee. I am also not that skilled in releasing Genjutsu, i can only release up to a Chuunin or low Jounin level genjutsu.

Abilities: During the Konoha Invasion Arc it is seen that Izumo is a well trained and based weapon user. While seen weilding and summoning two large kunai, a Windmill Shuriken and summoning Kotetsu's Iron Mace. During the Akatsuki fight with Kakuzu and Hidan, Izumo uses Water Release: Syrup Capture feild to cover the feild with a thick syrupy substance, capturing them in there place. Later seen in the Shippuden Filler Arcs, Izumo uses Water Release: Syrup Capture Thick Web to trap a group of Sunagakure Rogue Jounin in a thick and sticky net of syrup, hardened into a holding, temporarily prison wall. It is also seen that Izumo is capable of using body flicker.
