Personality: Despite the fact that he left Konoha for many years, Jiraiya had maintained a strong allegiance with his hometown. During Orochimaru's invasion of Konoha, he helped fend off the invading forces in order to protect the village. When Konoha found itself in need of a new Hokage after the Third Hokage's death, Jiraiya volunteered to look for Tsunade so that she could become the Third's successor after turning down the position himself. His reason for refusing the position was, among other things, that he felt unworthy to take the role since he failed to save either of the previous Hokage from dying. After he found Tsunade and began to suspect that she may be assisting Orochimaru, he made it clear that he would kill her if she betrayed the village. However, once it became clear that Tsunade was still loyal to Konoha and later accepted the title of Hokage, Jiraiya served as her most trusted adviser, loyal confidante, and personal spy into the dealings of Akatsuki and Konoha's enemies.

Jiraiya was a self-proclaimed super-pervert with no equal and a frequent voyeur, going so far as to create the Transparent Escape Technique to allow him to spy on naked women without being caught (doing "research" as he calls it, even as a child). He never actually hid his perversion and even seemed proud of it, as seen when he told the Third Hokage about it when he was still a child. Despite this, Jiraiya dislikes being refered to as the Perverted Hermit Naruto in front of others.

Jiraiya's perversion has been used against him on occasions, as seen when Naruto got Jiraiya to start training him after a simple display of the Sexy Technique. When two Akatsuki members later tried to distract Jiraiya, they use a hypnotized woman to catch his eye and keep him busy. While their effort initially succeeded, Jiraiya eventually saw through their plot due solely to the fact that women do not typically express interest in him. His peeping habits have also caused him great injury on one occasion; when caught spying on Tsunade in his younger years, she proceeded to break both of his arms, six of his ribs, and ruptured a number of organs as punishment. As a result of such injuries, Jiraiya now retains a rather healthy fear towards his former teammate and usually attempts to suppress his perverted ways when in Tsunade's presence.

Some time after leaving Konoha, Jiraiya became the author of a series of adult novels called Icha Icha. The novels were based on his rejections in love that he retold in a comical way. In a filler episode of the anime, Naruto ghostwrote one of Jiraiya's Icha Icha novels. The book was found to be very popular. This indicates that either Naruto is capable of writing on the same level as Jiraiya, or that Jiraiya's writing abilities were no better than those of a child. Tsunade seemed to suspect that the latter is true, as she noted that a report he wrote as a child, accompanied by crude crayon illustrations, was poorly written. The popularity of the Icha Icha series seemed to have paid off well, as Jiraiya's checkbook revealed that he was fairly wealthy. Despite his wealth, Jiraiya was not above taking Naruto's money and spending it on sake and women. Jiraya frequently disappears when Naruto attempts to make him pay.

Jiraiya had also been known to show off even during a fight. This showing off typically took the form of traditional kabuki poses, keeping with his hermit theme. He became annoyed if he was interrupted for whatever reason while trying to strike a pose. When the situation called for it, however, Jiraiya could become extremely serious. He could also be quite perceptive, as seen when Naruto tried to walk over the surface of shallow water with Jiraiya watching him; Jiraiya quickly discerned that there was something within Naruto that was disrupting the chakra's circulation through his body.


History: Jiraiya is a remarkable ninja and possibly the closest thing to the Hokage that never was, not only trained by the third Hokage but also the trainer of the man who would eventually go on to become the Fourth, as well as a young boy who dreams of one day being the Hokage himself. Since childhood, he has had an eye for the opposite sex and often had conflicts with one of his team, Tsunade, over her figure. Jiraiya was not a model ninja at all and usually ended up as the fall guy, although his master comparing him to Orochimaru, his other team member, didn’t help much.

During his youth Jiraiya found Myouboku mountain, the home of the toads. It was here that he signed his blood contract with them and learned their jutsu. The elder sage toad forsaw Jiraiya's coming and offerd another prophecy. He revealed that Jiraiya would become a pervert without equal, travel the world and one day take on an apprentice who could bring peace or destory the world. Which outcome the world faced would be decided by Jiraiya alone. Jiraiya later fought in a war with Rain alongside Tsunade and Orochimaru. The three lost in battle to Rain Village leader Hanzou. He let them live in exchange for them taking on the name "Sannin." While returning from the war, the Sannin were met by three Rain orphans: Nagato, Konan and Yahiko. Jiraiya took an interest in them and remained behind for three years to train them. Jiraiya learned one boy, Nagato, held the Rinnegan, a legendary Doujutsu. Jiraiya connected with Nagato and left things in his hands when their training ended.

Jiraiya returned to Konoha and acted as the trusted village soldier until he discovered Orochimaru’s crimes against his own village. Although the two were comrades, Orochimaru would not listen to Jiraiya and their last meeting as fellow Leaf Shinobi was a battle on the outskirts of the country. Orochimaru escaped, perhaps leaving Jiraiya a wiser man for it. Some time after, possibly because of the Orochimaru incident, Jiraiya parted ways as a ninja with his home village. For his services, he was granted permission and went into seclusion, not viewed as a wanted criminal. Retired from active duty, Jiraiya’s life was rather simple – he became an erotic novelist, often spying with his telescope on bathing women in hot springs for inspiration. Incidentally, Hatake Kakashi is a firm fan of the series, named “Icha Icha” (Come, Come! or Make-Out in the western version). Versions documented so far have been Paradise, Violence and Tactics.

However, it was later revealed that the real reason Jiraiya left was not to simply become writer – his spying on young women was a mere pastime, with his main objective in spying being on keeping track of Orochimaru. It was from his surveillance that Jiraiya uncovered the existence of the criminal organization, Akatsuki. Over the years, Jiraiya observed them carefully, even after Orochimaru left their ranks. It was one day while doing his other kind of research at a hot spring that Jiraiya met with a young boy and his tutor. After the tutor, Ebisu, offended Jiraiya, there was a brief scuffle which ended with Ebisu floored. The boy, Naruto, then demanded compensation for the fight as Ebisu was to train him and was currently knocked out. Jiraiya then agreed to help him instead, after Naruto bribed him by appealing to his lechery. It was during the training of helping Naruto develop chakra control that Jiraiya noticed the seal on Naruto’s stomach had been given an imbalance, Orochimaru’s work.

Jiraiya then began to undo Orochimaru’s Five Element Seal with a technique he had invented to directly counter it. Figuring out who Naruto was from the seal, Jiraiya trained Naruto to put the Kyuubi’s dormant chakra to use, helping Naruto understand more about himself. Ebisu, recovered, then begged Jiraiya to come back and help defend against Orochimaru, as they were both considered to be on level pegging with each other as part of “the legendary three”. Jiraiya’s training with Naruto continued as he taught him how to summon animals as aid. Not regular animals, but larger, intelligent ones capable of following spoken orders. Jiraiya was a master of toads, showing Naruto his skill by summoning one as tall as himself before his eyes. Naruto followed Jiraiya’s orders and signed a contract with the toads in blood, then tried out his new move. Naruto only managed to summon a tiny, useless tadpole. The incidents repeated, growing only in miniscule progress. Jiraiya then realized it would take drastic measures to help him learn.

Jiraiya sent Naruto tumbling off a cliff to a fatal fall. It was through necessity that Naruto reached inside himself, and then embrace the power that Orochimaru tried to deny him. Calling on the Kyuubi’s chakra, Naruto summoned a gigantic toad to break his fall. To Naruto’s surprise, he had called the ruler over all summoned toads, Gamabunta. To Gamabunta’s surprise, Naruto was the one who summoned him and not Jiraiya, as the only other person capable of summoning him, the Fourth Hokage, was long since gone.

Jiraiya, after fulfilling his promise to Naruto to train him, disappeared again for a while. It was not until Orochimaru’s attack on Konoha that Jiraiya came back out of hiding, crushing one of Orochimaru’s three-headed snakes by summoning a heavy toad over it. With a grand entrance, Jiraiya then helped to clean out the invaders, but had no time to help save his master who was busy with Orochimaru himself. He was too late to help, but was present to pay his respects after the third Hokage sacrificed himself for his village, reminiscing over the time that he, Orochimaru and the third Hokage were on good terms.

However, Jiraiya was soon given a surprise offer by the council of Leaf – with the Hokage dead, a replacement was needed and Jiraiya was the man in mind. Despite the good intention, Jiraiya declined and admitted that he was the wrong kind of person for the job, but had another candidate as a possible replacement – the other member of the legendary three, Tsunade. When he was told he would be assigned help, he once more declined, but asked to take Naruto with him. Naruto initially refused, wanting to learn the Chidori like Sasuke. Jiraiya convinced him though that on the trip to find Tsunade, he would teach him a move to rival even the Chidori. In an instant, Naruto accepted and packed for the journey. Along the way, Jiraiya also remarked that in a way, Naruto resembled the fourth Hokage.

The two stopped in small town on the way, where Jiraiya caught the eye of an attractive young woman and instantly shoved Naruto off to train on his own. However, Jiraiya’s suspicion grew about the girl until he realized she was under some form of hypnosis. Returning to where he left Naruto, he arrived just in time to see two members of Akatsuki meddling with Naruto and Sasuke, who had ran to face Itachi. Dropping the girl in a safe place and blocking one of Hoshigaki Kisame’s lethal sword swipes with a summoned toad, Jiraiya then threatened to take him and Uchiha Itachi out alone. Sasuke told him to hold back and that Itachi was rightfully his. However, Sasuke was still not capable of beating Itachi and took a variety of blows ending in Itachi using his Tsukiyomi hypnosis to mentally torture Sasuke. Naruto ran in headfirst to stop them, forcing Jiraiya to pull his trump card.


Using an unusual form of summoning, Jiraiya covered the corridor in the material that composed the stomach, mouth and throat of a fire-breathing toad, giving it amazing durability and wrapping around the criminals to hold them and pull Sasuke to safety. As Itachi and Kisame tried to back down, Jiraiya attempted to crush them by making the fleshy walls close in on them. As they approached a dead end, Jiraiya followed them and to his surprise, found a hole at the end. The opening was surrounded by a mysterious black fire, which Jiraiya decided to seal up inside a scroll for safety. Seconds later, he took a boot in the face from Gai, who mistook him for the Akatsuki members threatening the Genin kids.

Naruto, enraged by the actions of Akatsuki, claimed he would make them pay, but Jiraiya gave him a harsh reality check as they stared down at what remained of Sasuke after the battle. Gai took Sasuke back to the village, but offered Naruto a gift – a jumpsuit like the one he and Lee wore. Jiraiya, once Gai was out of earshot, told Naruto he would forbid him to wear it. Being serious, he then told Naruto what it was they wanted – the Kyuubi inside him, to use it for their own ends. Naruto simply decided that he’ll become stronger to defend himself from them and continued to ask about Tsunade. Jiraiya told him that during the search, he’ll be concentrating more on Naruto’s training. Naruto popped the jumpsuit out again, but Jiraiya refuses to allow him to wear it.


While in the next town over, the place where Tsunade was rumored to be, Jiraiya also taught Naruto a lesson in vices – that money, women and alcohol are detrimental to the ninja way. And to stop Naruto from becoming greedy, he confiscated his bulging wallet and gave him a smaller amount, plus his luggage including the toad-summoning scroll in case they lose each other. Later, Naruto found Jiraiya sitting in a fancy bar, accompanied by a pair of girls, drunk and with Naruto’s empty wallet on the table. During the following scuffle, Naruto stains the jacket of a passer-by: a former Hidden Rock ninja, who tried to extort the money from Naruto or else. With lightning-fast reflexes, Jiraiya unleashed a swirling maelstrom of chakra from his hand and sent the attacker spiraling away into a water balloon stand.

As Naruto and Jiraiya left, Jiraiya bought the remainder of the water balloons and gave them to Naruto, telling him that the move he just used will require extremely difficult chakra control. Over the next few days, Jiraiya slowly gave Naruto more hints on how to successfully perform the move, allowing Naruto more time to work on it while he collected information on Tsunade and revealing the origin of it – the Fourth Hokage invented it, took 3 years to finally complete it and broke down the training for it into numerous steps. The complexity of it earned it a spot among the highest ranked techniques. Bit by bit, Jiraiya helped Naruto to learn it, also marking his hand as a focal point.

Eventually, Jiraiya traced Tsunade to the direction of Tanzaku Castle. However, he arrived to find it in ruins and reports of a giant snake. Later, Jiraiya finally bumped into her in a pub and spits out his purpose, shocking everyone including Naruto with the request for her to be the Fifth Hokage. Tsunade declined firmly, but Jiraiya later tried to talk her into it over a drink, also deducing the snake was present because of Orochimaru and that if she undid what the Third Hokage did to protect his village, she’d be an ally to Orochimaru and an enemy to him.

A week passed and Jiraiya tried one more time to convince Tsunade to accept the position over a drink. However, Jiraiya fell foul of her when she spiked his drink, waking up on the day that Tsunade planned to meet with Orochimaru with a stinging sensation all over, barely able to hold chopsticks let alone stand or use any moves. Tsunade had already gone ahead and turned on Orochimaru by the time Jiraiya caught up with them, bringing Shizune, Naruto and Ton-Ton with him. Naruto was surprised to see Kabuto alongside Orochimaru, where Jiraiya pointed out Kabuto’s allegiance was on his forehead protector, now bearing the Hidden Sound logo. Jiraiya then told Shizune to keep an eye on Kabuto as he went after Orochimaru directly. The two were equally matched, fighting atop the incapacitated serpents that Orochimaru had summoned that were stuck in a gigantic artificial swamp Jiraiya made, even though he complained that it wasn’t his usual level of capability.

It wasn’t until Orochimaru noticed Naruto’s use of the Rasengan that Jiraiya slipped up, having fended off Orochimaru’s direct attacks with his unusual body by turning his hair into spiny projections. As Orochimaru hurtled towards Naruto, Jiraiya was caught in a sucker-punch, still groggy from the drug and ending up being ensnared by Orochimaru’s tongue, sent to the ground with immense force. Still working it from his system, he finally got back up as Tsunade escalated the fight by bringing her summoned creature, the slug Katsuyu, forcing Jiraiya to back her up by calling on Gamabunta’s help. Gamabunta, as usual, was shocked to see the other major summoned creatures and joked at a reunion. Jiraiya set him straight that it was a battle against Orochimaru.

It was in this battle that Gamabunta showed another example of his flexibility and co-operation as he and Jiraiya simultaneously fired a stream of oil and flame respectively, resulting in a massive inferno that engulfed Manda, Orochimaru’s massive anaconda. However, Jiraiya noticed that Manda had escaped and shed his skin, cleverly hiding underground. As Manda popped out, Gamabunta and Jiraiya attacked it, only to find it was a fake-out as only the tail emerged. Manda’s fanged jaws opened up behind them, but Tsunade drove Gamabunta’s tremendous dagger into Manda’s head, pinning the jaws shut. The entire ordeal left Jiraiya with a broken rib and leg.

Jiraiya was also responsible for easing Tsunade back into Konoha, showing her to those who needed her medical skills. It wasn’t until the fight between Naruto and Sasuke on the roof of the hospital that Jiraiya reappeared, where he and Kakashi scolded each other for teaching the boys such dangerous techniques as Rasengan and Chidori, despite the necessity. Kakashi also hit a sensitive spot with Jiraiya, pointing out their rivalry wasn’t too far from the one with him and Orochimaru.

A short time later, Jiraiya realized the full gravity of the situation as Naruto returned, being carried by Kakashi after failing to apprehend the rogue Sasuke during his betrayal and defection to Orochimaru. Visiting Naruto’s hospital bed, he assured Naruto that the two were now officially teacher and apprentice for three years, due to his research on Akatsuki and Orochimaru revealing that Orochimaru wouldn’t be able to take over Sasuke until that time had passed. Despite the good news, Jiraiya also brought bad and told Naruto to forget about Sasuke, drawing on his own personal experiences and recalling his own attempt to stop Orochimaru leaving. The two parted on good terms, agreeing that the training will begin officially for Naruto in several months time.

Before their official training began, Jiraiya gave into Naruto’s whim to find Sasuke; perhaps recognizing his own desires to redeem a colleague, leading Naruto and Sakura on a brief but ultimately failed mission into the outskirts of Orochimaru’s lair. While helping a clan that Orochimaru used and abused Jiraiya’s weakness for women was exploited multiple times, even with a custom-made trap set just for him when one of the Fuuma clan’s members was hypnotized, dressed as a geisha and made to seduce Jiraiya, then attack. The so-called “Koto Princess” clearly wasn’t enough to stop him and Jiraiya rescued his Genin charges, bringing them and two of the Fuuma members back to their clan. Needless to say, the incident put both Naruto and Jiraiya off venturing back there without further information.

Soon enough the time came and Naruto and Jiraiya left Konoha behind and officially started on their training journey. During the time that passed, Jiraiya continued his novel series as well as his research into Akatsuki, Orochimaru and now with Naruto by his side, the Kyuubi. Concerned for Naruto’s phenomenon of Kyuubi manifestation, where the Kyuubi appeared around Naruto as a fox-shaped aura of bubbling red chakra, Jiraiya developed a patch that would neutralize it when placed on Naruto. Unfortunately this was not before Naruto went into a four-tailed fox aura form. This deadly berserk Naruto managed to strike Jiraiya causing a large scar to develop on his chest. Not much else is currently known about the training, other than Naruto was able to improve on his Rasengan and endured exercises so tough, most of his clothing was worn through, even requiring him to move the metal plate on his forehead protector onto a new, bandana-like piece of fabric.

After three years, Naruto and Jiraiya finally returned to the village. Jiraiya returned Naruto to Kakashi's care and as a precaution, he supplied the suppression patch to Kakashi in case Naruto ran wild. He also reminded Naruto that there was a technique in his arsenal he should not use. After Kakashi and the team returned to Konoha from saving Gaara, Jiraiya met with Tsunade and Yamato in Kakashi's hospital room as he recuperated. With Kakashi out of commission due to his usage of the Mangekyou Sharingan, Naruto was turned over to the case of Yamato, the genetic heir to Shodai Hokage's bijuu controlling abilities. Jiraiya warned the group of the danger Naruto posed when he lost control to the fox aura, showing him the large scar he received from Naruto's four-tailed form.

A short time later Jiraiya and Tsunade met to discuss his plans to track down information on the Akatsuki leader. The two discussed their past history and Naruto's parents. He then made a promise that he would return and set off for the Rain Country. While there he captured two Rain missing-nins and inquired about their leader "Pain". Jiraiya then moved to summon Naruto's "Key", a sealing scroll which controlled the Kyuubi seal. Jiraiya asked that the scroll be given to Naruto in case he didn't return and then he set out again. Using one of the captured ninja, he managed to infiltrate the lair of Pain. He then soon learned that the two Akatsuki before him were his former students, Nagato and Konan. To Jiraiya's surprise he saw that though Nagato still bore the Rinnegan, he had a different appearance. Nagato would state that as "Pain", he was no longer a mere mortal, but a god.


As Jiraiya and Pain began to battle, Jiraiya was forced to call on the toad sages to assist in battle. Together they formed a new "Sennin" mode. This mode increased Jiraiya's power and gave him a more toad-like appearance. Together the trio managed to take out many of Pain's summoned animals. Pain responded by summoning two new ninja to his side, Akatsuki cloak wearing Rinnegan users. These new individuals used unique powers of their own and the Sennin soon determined that all three Rinnegan users were Pain, and shared the same vision between them. Jiraiya was forced to retreat and counter moved to distract all three of his opponents and eventually take them out one by one with the help of a paralyzing Genjutsu. With the job done, Jiraiya impaled all three men without full grasping what was going on. Jiraiya thus believed his prophecized choice to determine the fate of the world was finally made.

Description: This barrier allows Jiraiya to detect the movements and position of any enemy that steps within it. Used against Pain in an attempt to detect him after he had hidden inside a chameleon summoning, which had blended into its surroundings.

Description: This technique summons a Gourd Toad (瓢箪蝦蟇, Hyōtan Gama), a small, gourd-shaped toad, from Myobokuzan. The victim is then dragged into the toad's stomach, which is isolated from the outside world by a barrier. Inside the toad's stomach is a lake of strong acid that will dissolve anything that falls into it.

Description: This is the jutsu that Jiraiya uses to send a message with, after his throat is caved in during the battle with Pain. The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that can apply writing on whatever they want. This allows them to write on the skin of animals, iron plates, or a wide range of things however when doing so requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control.

Description: This technique is a bigger version of the Fire Release: Flame Bullet. Just like with the normal Flame Bullet, Jiraiya spits out a fireball of flaming oil. However, because the fireball is augmented with Senjutsu chakra, it is many times bigger than the normal Flame Bullet.

Description: By touching the forehead of his target, Jiraiya is able to turn them into a frog. This technique does not actually turn a target into a toad but captures the target inside the toad. The technique is called Frog Conversion Technique to scare and confuse the opponent.

Description: When Natural Energy is not properly balanced with the chakra of the gatherer and yet it is not enough to trigger Toad Petrification, the result is known as Imperfect Hermit Mode. Jiraiya used this transformation during his fight with Pain.

Though he was capable of fully utilizing the abilities of senjutsu, Jiraiya never fully mastered the art of balancing his own internal chakra with that of the external natural energy he took in. So, whenever Jiraiya was using Hermit Mode, he drew additional lines on his cheeks. Jiraiya would summon the two Toad Elders, Shima and Fukasaku to assist him in using Hermit Mode. The Toad Elders fused to Jiraiya's shoulders with Hermit's Art: Amphibian Technique, gathering natural energy from their stationary positions for Jiraiya's use.

As a result of the toad-fusion (and the imperfect nature of his transformation), Jiraiya took a number of toad-like traits when using Hermit Mode. His appearance was altered (he has a bigger nose, a goatee, and toad-like eyes). Further transformational attributes includes him taking on a toad-like stature, his hands and feet also became that of a toad and the lines on his face become much thicker, taking over each side of his face. Because of these traits, Jiraiya didn't like to use Hermit Mode as it "displeases the ladies". This transformation is an Imperfect Hermit Mode.

Description: A Hermit Mode combination attack, used on Shima's signal once the opponent has been driven into a corner. Jiraiya creates a large volume of oil, Fukasaku performs a Wind Release technique, and Shima performs a large Fire Release technique. This Demon, however would break the most imporant rule that any demon could. To have a child with a human. As the years went on, Draken had his son, Drakon. Draken tried to teach him, how bad humans were, but as Drakon grew up, all his teachings had failed. Years after the teachings, Drakon had his half demon son, Drac. Drakon and his wife, ran away with Drac, always hiding, because the knew, one day, that Drac would have been tried to be killed, as well as the rest of the family. However, the faimly could not always be running, they had stayed in a cabin, deep in the forset. However, the demons found them, and attacked, when they were just about to fall asleep. Drakon was the first to fight them off, while Drac and Drakon's wife fled. Drakon fought and killed two of the four of the demons. Two of them flew off and killed Drakon's wife and what it seemed as Drac. Drakon killed the other demons and held his wife and son. Drac began to cry, and Drakon saw a bit of sand, on Drac. He rememebered back to the day of when the One-Tailed Demon was placed in Drac.

Drakon held his pregent wife. They were about to have a son, but there was a price he had to pay, to keep his life, wife and his to be born son, for a time. The Demons made Drakon place the One-Tailed Demon, into Drac. The Demons obatined, after fighting the Ataksuki for it. They fought, and they had obtained the One-Tailed. A sand ninja placed this in Drac, while Drac was unborn. But Unlike Gaara, the mother was not killed.

Back to holding his son, he was happy that his son got to live, but he was sadden about his wife dying. He fled because he knew that more Demons would come once they found out he was not dead. He flew with his son, for several miles. He knew he would have to train his son the best he could. In the training Drac, did show a lot of skill for his age. This was beacuse of the one tailed demon Drac had. It helped him fight at a young age. The two had to move around a lot, so they could avoid any attacks from several demons.

A few months after Drac had learn how to fight and fly for himself, a group of highly trained demons came and attacked the two. Draken knew that only one would live to see the next day and he wanted his son to be that one. Draken fought the demons while he told Drac to leave. Draken knew Drac would not just levae if he knew that his father was going to die. Draken promised him he would come back. Drac firgued it would be alive, but he had been wrong. However, Draken did fight a long and hard battle bewteen these demons. Sadly, Draken died of many fatal wounds after killing every last demon that had attacked them. Draken did, however return to Drac, but he was in a sword form. Drac knew that his father was within this sword. He was sad, but he did not cry, because he knew his father would see him. He, niether was mad, as his father did keep his proimse.

Drac had to make his journey to the human world, which made him angry because he happened to hate all humans. He looked at humans as the cause of all pain, the cause of his fathers death, and most of all, the cause for Drac to be a half-demon. He flew acrossed a huge amount of water, resting on small islands. He knew not many people could even reach where he was going, or the demon land. He knew that he was lucky to even have wings, let alone half of a demon body. He would soon have to fight for his life, as demons drew near.

As soon as Drac had stopped at one of the larger islands, which did not have anyone on it, he would soon be attacked. He would be caught be surpise and the outcome of him living would be small. He was just about to fall asleep and Drac's uncle had attacked him. Drac was surpised as Dreken, his uncle, was fairly strong. Dreken, unlike most Demons, used an axe. He was strong and could take damage well, but he was slow. Drac was a faster fighter, because of his size. He also could take damage better than most demons, because he held one of the very rare tailed-beast, the one-tails. This gave Drac the power of sand, and much more than just that. The fight started the night of the day Drac hand landly there. He was almost asleep once he heard to sound of wings.

Dreken came at Drac as soon as he saw his eye glow. Drac quickly jumped in the air, because he did not have his weapons ready. Drac knew were his weapon was, but as of now, he would have to fight unarmed, because his weapon was closer to Dreken, than himself. Drac dashed towards him and slashed at his chest, he left one small mark, and then he was hit, leaving a permant scar on his shoulder. Drac flew to the ground and at this point he knew that Taijutsu would never work on his uncle. He would have to restore to Ninjutsu. Drac knew that the one-tails would come in handy about know, but he had been to late in thinking that Dreken had been behind him, ready for an attack as soon as Drac faced him. Drac turned to jump back, but his wing was his and he flew back into a nearby tree.

Drac got back up and sand flew from the spot where he hit the tree, which he had used to lower the impact of the hit. He smirked and and glared at Dreken. Drac then put his thumb up in the air and thrusted it down, and he giggled a little. He soon opened his mouth and spoke. "You are done for!" Drac's hand thrust foward and a wave of sand raced towards Dreken. Dreken had never seen jutsu like this before and did not know how to react. He throw a dew kunai at it and slashed it with his axe, but all the sand did was part and it soon wrapped around him. Drac would now give one of his famous speechs. "I may not be a demon, but nor am I human. Dreken, I am going to let you live, for one reason, and one reason only. To send a message to grandfather, Drakon. Tell him, that Demon Drac is ready to fight, and will be waiting to kill him. I will avenge my father's death and become the king of the demons. The pain you and the humans have caused me, cannot be matched. But I will do this." Drac parted the sand to Dreken's arms and closed his hands forcefully. The sand squeezed both of his arms off, leaving Dreken armless. "Now GO!" Dreken soon left and knew that Draken made a wise chocie stealing the one-tailed and putting into his very own son.

Drac flew to the ground, because he could not use all this power all at once. He was very lucky to get as far as he did, because he had passed his limits as soon as he hit the tree. He would sleep there for a few hours. Drac did not wake up right away, he had a dream with his father in it. Draken spoke to Drac about how he was glad that he did not kill his brother, but instead sent him back, to try and send fear into the demons hearts. Draken knew that he would not be the strongest demon for very long. Drac woke up after a hour of talking to his father in a dream, with tears in his eyes. He was glad that he could still talk to his father, while he was sleeping. Drac soon left the Island in search of a greater place, where he could train to become even stronger.

Drac had landed on the main land around the area of what is know as the fire country. This land was not much like his home land and the one his father told him to go to. Drac was looking for the sand village, inside the wind country. Drac, however, would have to go to the Leaf village to find where he was looking for. It took him two days to arrive at the leaf village, because of the fact that he had to walk, because his wings were tired out and could not hold Drac for long. This would be a problem Drac would have to fix, but for another time. Drac hated the leaf village, because too many humas were around and they all seemed scared of him. Either they were scared of im, or that flat out hated him, small children would spit on him and call him names. He cried the whole way to he Hokage's office. The Hokage, was not in, so his ninja fill-in would have to do, for the moment. As soon as Drac said the sand village, he was soon thrown out, because the ninja fill-in was not a kind man at all.

Drac would slowly make his journey to the village his father had told him to go. Half of it would be on foot and the rest would be in the air, because Drac's wing could still not hold him. He would have to wait another day and a half to get flying again, but he would wait two days just to make sure. Drac began his walk at dawn of the next day.

The Journey did start off on a good foot, it happened to be a day that was not too hot nor cold, it seemed to be just right. Drac knew this would not be easy and he might have been tracked by demons, because His map was left opened when Dreken attacked him. His map had a big circle on the sand village and Dreken did see it. Drac was not worried, as long as they did not come at him in a group of stronger than Dreken. Drakon knew that Drac had gotten lucky and would not bring anyone stronger than Dreken, Drakon wanted to see what Drac could do know that his own son had trained him. If he was killed, it would be great, if not Drakon might have to do it himself.

Drac was not halfway through the first day of his journey, when he was attacked by a shinboi, of the leaf village. The shinboi was fairly strong for his age, which happened to be a little older than Drac. His name was Sannam and he was headed to the village of where his god-father had live, Naruto. Sannam had beaten Drac, with his speed and he offered a friendship. Drac did decline at the time and pushed Sannam down to the ground and ran. Drac was still in the state of mind that demons would always be better than humans. He also, at the time belived and still does today, that you do not lose until you die. He knew in his mind that he would train to beat Sannam some day, and would try and kill him. This would soon change, as he grew older. Sannam and Drac would become great friends and one day do many great things for their villages. But for now, they were young children trying to get stronger to impress people.

Drac looked back and saw Sannam slowly walking away from the fight area as Drac ran. Drac did look like a coward, but he did not mind as long as he would get to fight Sannam one day. He would get this chance sooner than he thought, and he would also get it later in life, when they were a lot older. Drac would need a break from the fight, because a little damage was done to him, he would take a small nap and wake up soon. He laid back on a tree and closed his eyes. Drac was more tired than he had thought, he woke up almost 6 hours later, he would have slept longer if it was not for the rain that had come in.

This rain was very uncommon for the area Drac had been in. He knew that something was up, but not what that was. He hold his sword tight and sniffed around. He fainly smelt a demon nearby. He yelled out to them and then he heard them laugh. Their were two of them and these two had been childhood friends of Draken. They were nowhere near the strength of Drac's father. Drac knew that he could take them on, but it would not be easy, seeing as it was two verus one. Drac looked at them and then was caught by a sudden chill, another demon had showed up, that was even stronger than those two put together, Drac was done for.

Drac knew that he would not win this battle, because know that it was 3 verus one and Drac could barley take on the two on hims own. He roared out and lucky for him, someone did hear him and that someone had just beat him in a battle. Sannam Namikaze came racing towards him to see why he roared so loudly. Drac had already been fighting when Sannam arrived. Drac looked like he was about to lose, but one of the demons was already out. Sannam was still a fair disatance away, and it would take him a minute or two to get up to Drac. This would be too late, as for the Demon leader of this group was about to take his sword and kill Drac. Sannam did not know of his power until this moment, he had teleported, out of his own will hitting the sword with a kunai. Sannam was shocked, and Drac was even more. Drac roared at Sannam as he did not want the help of a lowly human. Sannam ignored him and took out the rest of the demons. Drac flew off into the sky, before Sannam could say anything. Sannam shurged his shoulders and left.

Drac flew towards the sand village with a disapproving look, because he needed a humans help. He was pissed, but he would need to get stronger and his father had told him this would be the place to go to get the stregnth he needed. Drac has never doubted his father and never will. He made it to the suna gate, two days after he had left the village hidden in the leaves. He would now life the rest of his childhood life here. Drac walked into the sand village and the second he did, he knew that trouble would start. He would go through more trouble.
