Jutsu:

Genesis of Wings- Pulls wings onto his back from within.
Swoop Kick- gliding in a swoop, he kicks.
Wings of Wind- with a flap of his wings, he makes a blast of wind
screeching wind- using chakra to sharpen the wind, he froms a sharp, scheeching wind.
Divebomb-dives at the target, ending in a tackle, punch, or kick.
Fireball Technique- the traditional fireball.
Pheonix Flower- the scattershot fireball
Steel wings-his wings are hardened by chakra, as if they were blades.
Feather knives-once Steel Wings is activated, Icarus can slam his wings togehter knocking feathers loose, as kunai.
whirlwind strke- similar in nature to Konoha Sempu, but from the air.
mach swoop kick- a much faster version of Swoop kick.
wind sphere strike- the flapping of his wings causes a sphere of wind to form.
Feather bomd strike - a slight of hand technique coupled with feather knives, attaching exploding tags to the feathers.
Bombing technique- drops or tosses a exploding tag/bundle
Feather dance- as feather knives, but en masse. removes flight ability for a short time.
arial speed boost-using the power of the wind, Icarus glides at a much faster rate.
fire kick- Swoop kick but his legs are covered in flame
wind kick- swoop kick, coupled with a heavy gust of wind.
Chakra nullification technique: Passive, only works on self. prevents others chakras from effecting you.

Finishers: Arial Drop Headhunter- Headhunter from the sky.

Equipment: a loaf of bread, a handful of rusty kunai, a huge pile of exploding tags, a mask, a cloak, a pair old jeans, and sharp toed boots.

um i hold an according to this, you didn't technically blow up element all you did was technically annoy me by attempting to drop paper bombs on my village so trying to claim that as an A-S rank mission is kind of cheating.
