10km Away From The Center of the Ninja Nation's Region's Mountain's -Before Raiding or Entering-

When coming into Rain's territory no matter what direction there are mountains, the village capital lies dead within the center. The Rain Nation's Capital is Rain, AmeKage Akutenshi Fuuma. The mountains before you are filled with flash floods of endless rain that will carry you away with into a ravine. The rain rapidly over time due to soaked clothing lowers your body temperature causing hypothemia.
