Kurosuta-Kage's Office

*Tengu Uchiha sat in his chair with the moonlight shining through the black sky of the Black Star Village,he then leaned on his desk and held his head in his hands as he looked out the window.Tengu let out a sigh as he leaned back in his chair and moved his Kage hat downwards covering his face*

Shunsuke entered the Kage building easily as he pointed to the guards his headband and his ID, he followed the stairs up and kept going in a long hallway until he reached it's end he could see a closed door.
Shunsuke knocked and entered slowly opening the door and finally entering revealing himself, he stared at his brother who was a Kage of this village.
"I have arrived..." Shunsuke said as he paused. " Kage-sama..."

*Tengu raised a eyebrow lazily as his brother Shunsuke entered his office,he then stood up and leaned on the window looking out the glass at the village he runs.*Well hello Shunsuke......Long time no see.*Tengu felt the presence of someone he was waiting for,he then closed his eyes and in a burst of black flames he disappeared.*

"So much for the warm welcome, brother." Shunsuke muttered as Tengu disappeared into black flames. " Guess I gotta wait."
The Uchiha waited a bit and thought to check his brother's library, Shunsuke took a step to the library in the office and started taking glancec in each book until he found a book engulfed in black aura or black flames Shunsuke couldn't really know...but it really took his mind.
"Hmm...what do we have here..."
