Kira Namikaze is the son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki, he grew up in the village hidden in the rock. The village was currently lead by its kage, Aloide Senju. As he grew up it became clear that he was a born genius similar to his dad. All though Kira has no kekkei genkai he is incredible skilled within the Ninja Arts. at the age of ten he passed the genin exsams.

Appearance/Abilty: It takes form of two Kusarigama-like weapons, each with two sickle blades one inverted giving it the resemblance of a fan. The blades are connected to a spiked rod tethered together by a long chain. Kazeshini can be swung by the chain in large circles allowing the bladed rod portion to spin like a fan. Kazeshini can be used for entangling an opponent's sword, or other weapon, or immobilizing his arms or legs.It has the power to spew magma from the blade area and is constantly as hot as lava.It has the abilty to cut through other metals and burn/scorch the human skin.
