-ACADEMY ARC-
Shinrai was actually born in the Hidden Mist Village, and trained until he was six years old. His father uickly enrolled Shinrai into the local village academy. It appeared that Shinrai had extraordinary skill for someone of his age and size, but trust me, it didn’t go his head. Some girls thought he was cute, and other students looked up to him, Shinrai enjoyed that other students looked up to him. He quickly graduated the academy at age 8, but decided he wanted to remain an academy student until he turned 12 years old. When he did turn 12 years old, He was put onto a team with Santo Hiroshima and Sanna Hiroshima, with their sensei, Hitomo Hirogasa.
-PATH OF THE TRUE SHINOBI ARC-
Shinrai, Santo and Sanna have completed several missions and are finally ready for their first real mission. Santo requested a mission that would really test them, The Mizukage, Zabuza Momochi respected Santo and decided to do so. Their mission was to stop a team of outlaws at the border of the Fire Country, The team thought this was easy, boy were they wrong. When they got to the border, they were ambushed by 50 outlaws. Every single Team Hitomo would beat them down, they would get up and act as if nothing happened. After wasting all their chakra on them, their leader rose from the shadows. Shinrai's teammates were sucked dry of chakra, so Shinrai decided to combat this foe alone. Unfortunately, Shinrai was no match for this threat and when the leader was about to finish him off, Santo decided to be the hero and save his life, by giving his own. Seeing how his own teammate gave his life to save his, Shinrai decided that he would never let anyone save him again. Surprisingly enough, he still remains optimistic.
-CHUUNIN ARC-
Sanna and Shinrai, a couple months after, finally take their chuunin exams. Unfortunately, Sanna lost to a shinobi named Ukon in the first round but Shinrai managed to defeat a ninja named Tsuki. After becoming Chuunin, the Mist Village was at war with Rock. Team Hitomo played a major part in the roll, for they were the ones to infiltrate the Rock Village and take the Tsuchikage down. After doing so, Shinrai decided to train even more, making sure to stay true to what he said during his first mission. This is when he met Tsunade, one of the 3 sannin. He challenged her to a fight and lost terribly, that day, he made a vow to never lose like that again. Being acknowledged for his skill, he was promoted to Jounin and sent to leaf to proctor the chuunin exams and watch a genin team.

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Element Shadow Clone Technique

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique. Drawing his two hands together, The user will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around the user's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Meisai Gakure no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used by Rock ninja. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja can grant themself near invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities has been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden ninja. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the jutsu and see the user's chakra circulatory system.
