Academy Arc
Kyo was born in the whirlpool village, and is the younger brother of Tsurugi Hitsugaya, at birth like all in the clan he made a contract with an item that is needed for him to use his bloodline, the Item was the katana "Shatter", regardelss of the contract the katana where hidden awey from him til he was older and coud control it. At the age of five, his older brother told him about the katana, but told him not to go look for them becuse he might make a mistake doing so. Kyo ignored his big brother advice and found the katana "Shatter" and wore iit to the academy. and nothing bad happend until he was on his way home, when he ran into a gang of bullies. The Bullies woud surround Kyo, and start beating him up, Thise was when Kyos powers went berserk, and he encased the small playground in ice, Kyo woud faint by the massive source of power that was unleached at that moment and he fainted, and the ice shatterd, along with the bullies. killing all of them. His Big brother later found him laying on the ground surrounded by ice. and from that day forward Kyo swore to never touche the katana again until he was older and more mature.
Genin Arc
Afther Kyo passed the Genin exsams, at the age of eleven his parents decieded he was mature enough to learn the ways of the clan, and was given his contracted Sword, "Shatter". Kyo trained with his big brother and learned how to control his abiltiys, and how to use his sword as a base for his Ice elemented attackes. and he became very skilled and was called the "Ice Genius".

Description: Kyo calls out the name of the technique while holding his blade upside down. The blade glows and then he makes a slashing motion when his target is in position. When he does this, a large ice circle forms around his intended target which freezes everything that touches it. The circle not only freezes the ground but everything within the circle's influence including anything above it up in the air, creating an extending pillar of light that then freezes all within in the circle. Shortly after being frozen, the victim then shatters along with the ice. Kyo appears to be able to control the size of the circle at will.

He takes a battle stance as the ice particles begin to flow up from the protrusions he made in the ground. They build up and then fires toward the target in a massive, powerful pure-white wave of ice from "Scatter", in turn encasing the target in a block of ice.

He Defeated every opponent with ease, he was always searching for the one opponent that coud match him, however he did not find any opponent capeable to match his skill level. So he sealed his Soul,Chakra and Mind Within His Blade, This was how"Scatter" orginated. Through Time the blade has given birth to many skilled swordsmens, and has been told to grant its user abnormal and mysterious power.
Appearnce: A regular katana, with only the crossguard distinguishes it, mostly by being almost not there. Scatter's crossguard is a simple open frame, much like a 4-pane window. It has a light blue handle.
