Background Description: The Koutens is an ancient clan that orginet from the Village Hidden in the Rain, They where known from their greate skills in the field of water manipulation. and some of the Koutens even rosed up to become the kage. but as the time went by Ninjas started getting jeoulse of their greate skills. and the Rain kage, at the time arranged for a mass Assasniation of the Koutens one dreadful night. Alot of Koutens died in their sleep and some died fighting. the rest fled to the village hidden in the Darkness where they where taken in by the kage at the time. Kiyo where the son of the former clan leder that died defending his clan. the others clan members voted and Kiyo became the new clan leder.
the blade "Shark" where retrived years later and giving to Kiyo becuse it was always used by the Koutens Clan Leder, but he is not able to use its hidden abiltys yet.

without actuly touching the target, and even then its hard even for a Jounin to do so. its often used as the last killing blow.

Appearnce: The sword itself is notably broad and short compared to other swords, and the inner portion has been removed, leaving only the "outline" of the sword.
Spesial Abilty: Thise is similar to the Koutens Dojutsu, it allowes them to Manipulate, Levitate and Produce water at a higher level, boosting their Bloodline Limit. It also grants the Kouten to turn Ice back to its liquid form when the blade comes in contact with it. it also boosts their speed and strength by 2x and lets them release highly pressured water in the form of "Fangs" From the inner Portion of the blade.

History: Kiyo was born in rain and when he was about five he fled when the attack one his clan was made, There where few surviours and his dad died during the fight with the assasin in rain. Kiyo was taken with his Mother to the village hidden in the mist along with rest of his clan and they where gratefull to the kirikage. as Kiyo grew up it became clear that he had the Koutens bloodline limit and he was praised as an Genius by his teacher and friends. when he was seven he got into a fight with an spy from the village from the rain that had tried to track down the Koutens, Kiyo knew if he let the spy get awey, rain ninjas woud attack his clan again. Kiyo got into a fight with him and barly won but he had broken his arm and where hurt badly. Luckly he was found by two mist ninjas on patrol and they took him to the hospital where he recoverd. through the years Kiyo grew stronger and more adutly in his ways. and by the time he was about to graduate from the acdemy the surviors of his clans voted him to be the next Clan leder since he was the son of the formed leder, and was giving the sword "Shark" but he was not able to unlock its hidden power yet. later when Kiyo had becomed a Genin, the rain kage once again found out their location and the clan scatterd to diffrent villages. Kiyo Joined Stone. afther a year of training Kiyo unlocked some of the clan blade "Shark" Abiltys, he is now able to produce and send highly pressured water waves from his blade, but he has yet to unlock its hidden powers. along with the blade "Shark" Kiyo recived a book of all the clan jutsus and secrets, and afther years of practise he learned many techniques and devolped some himself.

Then from the circle a beam of red chakra will launch from the circle at high speed, capeable of piercing through several threes due to its length.
