Power: The Juushibi is said to control storms and the weather.If it had a host they would be able to produce a storm from their ninjutsu.

Appearance: The Dragon is said to be covered in Azure colored scales.The beast is said to emit a blue shine when the sun's rays hit it's scales.Villagers tend to see a blue light in the sky and mistake the dragon for a star.The beasts tails lay along it's snake like back.The chakra color of this beast is suppose to be an azure like color.
Note:The beast can be related to Seiryuu in chinese myth,the Azure dragon in other terms.
