Just like every Nara that you may see he has a normaly built body with a black eyes that always seem to be careless about the stuff around a long hair tightened up like a pineapple his hair is spiky.

Shikajun is dressed in a web sweater and a green sleeveless thin jacket he has jet black shoes and long jet black trousers his headband is suited on his right arm.

::An Unexpected Birth of a Genius::
He was an unexpected child. His father and mother were travelling around to the Flower Country so the child can be blessed there but it seems that the Nara was stubborn and wanted to be born faster and so he was born at the 8th month instead of the 9th and he was born in the village where she received contractions that she was giving birth - Kumogakure. At first the villagers weren't really to accept the Konoha people but after a long council they decided to help in return they had to leave their son here and become a ninja of the Kumo. His father was thinking a lot but it seemed it would be better if he didn't play with fate and so he accepted sadly and so Shikajun came to the world.

::Early Childhood::
The Nara family had to permanently live in the Kumo Village forever or until their son reaches an age where he could care for himself but this had to change sooner because the father knew Konoha would think that he is M.I.A and would start a deep search and finally find the River Village and annihiliate thinking it took the Naras as prisoners, the father had to leave and so he did...never to return leaving a shogi board so his son can train his big brain and so he did. Since the age of 4 he started playing Shogi with the local elders at first he wasn't that good but after three games he quickly got the touch of the game and started winning over the elders who seemed proud of him, Shikajun thought of joining the Shogi tournament because there were no real challenges here except his father..but his father wasn't here and so he signed for a Shogi tournament which was world wide when he reached the age of 7 and easily reached the finals and in the finals his opponent was the one and only champion of this game...his father but since he was a ninja that was wanted due to his strength he had easily transformed into another normal guy but recognizing his son made him panic and in that Shikajun seemed to find something familiar in him but failed to defeat him, his father disguised gave him an advise after he won and so Shikajun left back to his village with new knowledge for this tricky game.

~Rise to Shinobi~
At the age of 8 his mother gave him scrolls hidden in the house so he can start his training as a ninja and so he went to the local Academy and also learned the Hidden Clan jutsus which after he learned he destroyed the scrolls due to they are to be hidden. As he is a pure genius he quickly learned those jutsus along with the three basic Academy Jutsus. At the age of 12 he graduates with flying colors and from that day on he is a ninja.

Similar to the Shadow Sewing Technique, the user breaks their shadow into tendrils. Unlike the Shadow Sewing Technique, which exclusively ties down the opponent, the Shadow Endgame Technique's tendrils can grasp and manipulate objects. This gives the Shadow Endgame Technique a wide variety of uses. There are no hand seals used for this technique, but the hand movements resembles Gaara's Sand Binding Coffin.

The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow for as far as it has sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that. (Of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back.) If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on preexisting shadows for their shadow to freely travel through.

The major downside of the Shadow Imitation is that it is tiring to use repeatedly; Hidan notes that the ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use. If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lighting will make the jutsu less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation.

Shikaku Nara calls this jutsu by its old name: the Shadow Bind Technique (影縛りの術, Kage Shibari no Jutsu; English TV "Shadow Paralysis Jutsu"). The old version simply paralyzed the target. The imitation aspect was apparently added sometime between Orochimaru's defection from Konoha and his later invasion of the village.

After capturing an opponent with the Shadow Imitation Technique, the user can then further extend their shadow up to the target's throat in the shape of a hand, which chokes them to death. Also, if the Shadow Imitation Technique isn't making the opponent copy their movements, this can be used to bind opponent's body in order to restrain them. The closer the user is to their opponent, the tighter the strangle will become. This technique cannot be used for an extended period of time.

The user would use his shadow to shoot away another arsenal of weaponary usually this would be a surprising attack due to the sent weapon would be at first hidden by the shadow completetly so if the enemy thinks the user has sent one kunai from his hands and there is another kunai sent from the user's shadow it would be a total surprise to the opponent.

This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konohagakure Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

This technique is sometimes referred to as the Art of Projection ("Utsusemi no Jutsu") in other manga and anime series.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin).

While teaching himself to use Asuma Sarutobi's Chakra Enhanced Trench Knives, Shikamaru invented this technique to use against Akatsuki's Hidan and Kakuzu. Using the trench knives' ability to absorb the user's chakra, Shikamaru stores some of his shadow in the blades. With this, Shikamaru can target his opponent's shadow and remotely trap them in the Shadow Imitation Technique. This is extremely advantageous as Shikamaru is no longer restricted to a stationary position while holding down his opponent. This charge is apparently independent of physical contact as he was able to restore it with the Shadow Sewing Technique.

This jutsu enables the user to control surrounding water and moisture much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or maneuvering the water to allow the summing to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas.

Umm , not to sound like over stepping my boundries. But you might be more likely to be accepted if you had less jutsu. I mean skills like Kage Kuni Shimari was considered a B rank. Kage Nui was considered a B rank. Kage Mane Shuriken could be considered from a C - B rank. Maybe they think you seem a little strong as a genin. or just add ranks to your jutsu and you may get accepted.

Bloodline Jutsus have usually no rank thus their rank are considered E-S depending on the user's rank what i mean is they are power are to be considered around C-rank.
