Genin: 10 D-C Ranks

Chunnin: 15 C-B Ranks

Jounin: 20 A-S Ranks

A.N.B.U: Add 5 To Jutsu

S-Rank: Unlimited

Kage: Unlimited

Sannin: Unlimited and Sage Mode

*Cursemark*: If you obtain a Cursemark this gives you the ability to gain 5 more Jutsu that are darker cause of the Mark's natural power. You must been given the mark from only 2 sources. Orochimaru or from the 5 vials left that Pein was given from Oro as trade in a deal. All are named when given to a ninja and are on their own levels each in their own way.
