This jutsu can only be used after Whispered Chill. It suddenly freezes the water and moisture in the air and surrounding area causing reflective pillars to encircle and enclose around the target/targets. The pillars act like a mirror of the element stated in its name. Hisaki (Fire), but as its reflection is that of fires opposite, it freezes instead of burn on contact. But this is not all it does. For this ice is so cold that as it freezes, it also burns. But back to the encircling and enclosing of the opponent. Once captured in this cage of absolute ice, it is close to impossible to get out. The chill inside the enclosement causes the encloser to continually grow inward. This means, the longer the enemy stays inside, the harder it is to escape and the greater chance they have of being frozen solid. This jutsus only known escape for those entrapped is to somehow overpower its chill factor which is over 10,000 below zero. Doing this will cause a reversal of the jutsu making it melt instead of freeze.

Whispered Chill

This is a move designed just for the female gender. This jutsu takes a simple blown kiss and turns it into a deep dark secret from the depths of the heart where nothing but ice rests in the woman who uses it. This feeling is as stated above, dished out by the motion of blowing a kiss. The jutsu must be within a close range in order to affect the target. This closeness is only 3 feet. The user must have concentrated chakra into their throat before they blow the deadly kiss. But if all goes right, the damaging effect will strike without remorse. It's effects are that, hypothetically, the target receives the kiss. From there, they feel a sudden chill wash over their body. After that, their cheek shows a kiss mark. This mark is made from the skin on the cheek begining to freeze. The freezing then continues to spread, this is caused by a very light mist being cast over the area around the target. Very light, but very dangerous even if left in it for a second. The mist is absorbed by the enemies skin causing the freezing effect to continue even after moving.

The user of this ability does a long series of handsigns in order to activate this jutsu. When finished, the air thickens with mist and razor sharp ice crystals form in the thousands in the high atmosphere. The mist hides the larger ones mixed in with the small while when the user raises their hands then swings them down, all the shards pour down from the heavens. Tuning the entire field into a massive feld of shards and spikes protruding from the ground.

The user of this jutsu conjures the Mystics power in the form of the Wind. The user performs a quick line of hand signs then throws their arms in the direction of their target. The air around them suddenly gets really dense. This can also be used as a temperary defense. The dense air slows the speed of oncoming weapons and jutsus that can then be repeled when the dense air thrusts out from around the user to take the form of several grand sized tornados. The wind around these tornados are so dense they are as solid and strong as steel.

This jutsu is one that takes time to fully master. This takes a long series of handsigns to perform. But once finished with the hand signs, the user releases a massive amount of Mystic chakra into the air. The air then blasts off to attack the target similar to the Wind Blade technique. But something different in this technique. For even if the target isn't struck by the dangerous tendrels of the wind, if the wind got within a foot of it's target, the secondary effect starts. The secondary effect is that the target/targets are are surrounded by an extremely dense area pressure. The sudden change causes their body to sufficate within seconds. This attack can be instantly picked out from being Wind Blade by its unique howling noise the wind makes when the attack is issued (It sounds almost metalic).

This jutsu is close to being forbidden. It requires at least some knowledge of the human anatomy or the anatomy of the target/targets. Te user uses the air around the enemy to invade the enemies body. The air fills the lungs and open cavities within the body with the dense Mystic air. It's painful but lasts very shortly as the air finally fills the enemy up too much and the open cavities and lungs burst/rupture. This causes instant death as the rupturing also damages other organs as well. The jutsu takes time to prepare because the air has to densify within the body. Also, in order to use this jutsu, the user must be within 10 feet of the target/targets.

Dance of Devastation Rank:S- The user takes a standing stance and raises their arm up infront of them. They then call forth so much chakra that it takes on a swirling, visable form around them. This chakra focuses on the arm/hand area. Then Lightning springs forth, beckoned by the user and launches out at speeds so fast even the mighty Sharingan and Byakugan can't keep up with the many lightning bolts. This inturn also makes it impossible for the user to keep track of the bolts as well. The strands launch themselves out at random, going into the air, forward, into the earth and all the while leaving a solid, heated, dangerous stream of itself behind where it has been. The finishing form of this jutsu is that of a giant web surrounding the user and the opponent. Once in it, it is impossible to get out even if your body could bend like a snake. This jutsu is meant to stab, ensnare and even dismember the users enemy. Because of its large area, ranging to that of over three football fields, and its random strikes, it's prctically impossible to get out of its way since the jutsu is finished in just over a second. It is also risky for the user since the random uncontrolable bolts can get into the 6 inch area of protection around the user by accident. Tis is usually followed by the justu Vanishing Web.

Vanishing Web Rank:A- Used in succession with Dance of Devastation. The user forms one handsign, the Dragon, and the web then implodescausing mass damage to the entire area and those within. The end result is a giant crater with just a small spire in its center where the user stands. Most likely cut from flying debri.

Using the power of ancient lightning techniques, the user forces a large amount of lightning into their enemy by a physical attack. This causes the enemies chakra to be corrupt with powerful lightning. This in turn causes an overload of the enemies chakra making jutsus other then the lightning element impossible to use. If jutsus of the other elements are attempted, this causes the seals full power to be released. The enemies chakra begins to rage out of control damging the enemies chakra network. Any attempt to use any elemental jutsu other then lightning over the ranking class B, results in such damage that the enemy will die do to the extreme damage.

The user of this jutsu expels lightning from their body in the feet and hands area mainly. This gives them a form of levitation power. But it's more then that, this levitation power allows the user to move freely unhindered by obstacles. This lightning expelsion also allows them amazing speed. Now able to travel at near the speed of light for brief moments, they can use the lightning on their hands and feet as a weapon as well. When they move at lightspeed and hit their opponent, the force made by the impact and the lightning is enough to severe limbs and break the hardest of steel.

The user of this jutsu creates a gate that appears in the sky above the user and their opponents. Once summoned, all electricity in a three mile area is absorbed into this gate giving the gate a shining appearence. The post after its summoning, the gate releases a burst of chakra which surrounds the certain area (specify) in an anceint barrier. The user then vanishes into the clear stone at the gates head. Then the gate opens and lightning blasts forth at its purest form and destroys the (specified) area. Nothing but a crater remains. The user then appears in the crater and the gate vanishes.

The users hand swarms with lightning. The user then punches or blasts the ground with the lightning. The lightning doesn't vanish though. Instead, the lightning fans out from the impact spot. As it goes, it eats anything organic. When it hits an enemy or life form, the target is crudely eaten alive. It is a painful process. Not only are they eaten, they are being electrified as well. The only one safe is the one who conjured them, who they see as a mother.

It does not touch kina, but merely floats in front of her palm. It can be launched at any time, and moves at high speed. When it hits an opponent, it causes no physical damage to a living being, though non-living items will be physically affected. Instead, the dart temporarily paralyzes the opponent. The paralysis last for fifteen seconds

An advanced form of Raiton: Boruken. Instead of just forming a single dart before her palm, kina will move her hands in any direction, and a trail of boruken will be formed and remain stationary. When kina forms a single kata, the boruken will be launched in one of two directions; forward or backward. If the victim is hit with a large number of darts, the electricity will fry his brain, killing him.


(Lightning Mine)Rank:B Through the use of this technique, the user channels chakra into an item or tag. The charged item can then be set wherever the user wants. The item functions like an exploding tag in the sense that the tag can be timed, proximity, or remote in its detonation. Once detonated, the tag releases a large amount of electricity in the radius of a normal exploding tag, delivering a heavy shock to anyone caught up in the trap.


Tanbou Raikou!
(Searching Lightning) rank:A The user slams one or two palms onto the ground, sending a stream of chakra-lightning into it. The lightning will zig-zag forward (or whichever way the hands were pointing) until it hits a target (tree, rock, person, etc). The more chakra pumped into this jutsu, and higher level the nin, the more powerful and more 'fingers' of lightning can be produced, up to 10 fingers of lightning.

Mizukiri Kangoku Renda- (Water Mist Prison Barrage) The user of this jutsu creates a thick mist over the surrounding area that can be instantly mistaken as the Hidden Mist Jutsu. But it is not. This is used to confuse and change your opponents perseption of the jutsu at hand. It is actually more of a genjutsu. The mist is but the first step to confusing the opponent into believing that it is the hidden mist jutsu so that they don't us "Release". The user can then continue into this play scene by creating enemies like a normal genjutsu. Though, if by some chance that the enemy uses "Release" the mist created by the jutsu limits the enemies but also the users sight. This is why most users of this jutsu create clones as a precaution.

Mizusuibou- (Water Collapse) This jutsu is used in succession with a mist jutsu or a jutsu that places the enemy around or in water. (Examples: Hidden Mist Jutsu, Water Prison Jutsu, Tidal Wave Jutsu) The user causes the water around the enemy to implode with such force that the enemy would be not only shreaded by the waves of water but crushed into an orb the size of a pebble. The draw back of this jutsu is that the user must have visual contact of the water or be touching the water in order to use this jutsu.

Arashi Suiame- (Storm of Acid Rain) The user of this jutsu calls upon the force of nature and summons a storm which power is beyond that of a normal storm. The rain that falls bends to the will of the user and can dissolve/melt even the strongest of steel. The lightning is said to be so powerful, it's aura is that of death itself. (Black Lightning) The user is protected from the dangerous perils of this jutsu through a veil that they excrete at the summoning of this jutsu. The only draw back of this jutsu is that the user is slowed down by the veil place over their body. This can be minor since the water, wind, and lightning created by the storm are able to be used however the user can manage.
