Description:

the nejime clan came from a long ancestry of people deeply in tune with their soul and chakras. the clan came about their abilities during the time of innovation. the surrounding villages were at a constant pace, leaving the nejime and their correspondents in the dust. for years the path and technique of their current skills have been in the process of discovery until it was gained and then finely tuned.

during a great panic within the nations, everyone began to become secretive as did the nejime. soon the panic lead to an uprising as rumors and lies began to be spreaded across the lands. not too much later a war broke out. the nejime refused to take any part in the war but all this changed once they were targeted. their skill and power were exposed for the first time among the nation and their village. soon the war subsided and the nejime gained fame within the ranks. years later, rumors were about and great truth had been exposed. it was found out that the village imposed as the enemy towards the nejime as a "self motivation" method. great hatred grew into something unrecognizable and the nejime's respect and tolerance for the village was at a new low.

the feeling of disrespect became unbearable and being under the rule of the ones who betrayed them was no longer an option. a group of nejime clan shinobi staged a coup d'etat to over throw the current rule of the village. the group, although victorious, lost few of their best renown nin, increasing the difficulty of the clans survival. the clan over came this feat and gained more power along the way, both in the ways of respect and fear.


Abilities:

the nejime clan are shinobi that are heavily in tune with their chakras and spirits. their chakras are immensely high and strong, giving off a great potency. they all possess a demon weapon that is able to change into several forms of different weapons to add variation to combat. the nejime have a unique fighting style. by using their chakras and their soul in tuned energies, they are able to create and effectively use purges of energy to hinder and paralyze the opponent and is even able to interrupt the brainwaves in a foes mind by cutting the electrical signals quickly, rendering them unable to think or act for an amount of time.

with this energy that the nejime clan possesses, the abilities of the clan in conjunction with their weapon is uncanny, being able to perform feats unlike any other. every clan member can attune their soul and chakras to their weapon to increase their power to great measures by performing what is called a soul resonance. this can be done in a group of nejime nin in what is called a chain resonance and although more skill has the be inquired, the outcome is far worth the work.

at a certain age, approximately around the ages of 12~14, the clan member's body undergoes a major change. the eyes of the member gains the ability to see the spiritual aspect of chakra and sound vibrations enabling an uncanny sight, being able to see within walls, the surroundings, nooks and crannies with great depth and detail without actually gaining a physical change other than a lighter eye color (dark brown to hazel, blue to blue-grey, etc.). but the blood of the nejime goes into a drastic change. the blood of the nejime member goes black giving it the qualities of hyper-densification which allows specific areas to be hardened to provide great protection from physical harm and massive resistance which also provides a degree of healing. after the blood has left the body, through something like a cut, it still retains its ability to be controlled, meaning that the blood can be manipulated into varying shapes and forms.

the nejime clan member can channel their chakra and soul attuned energy and manifest the clan's kagebuki. the kagebuki itself isnt just one weapon as it has no true form but is an essential tool to the nejime member. this weapon is legion (many) as it can change its form into corresponding preset forms on the will of the user. the preset forms are the easiest but mastering and gaining a more advanced form has been proven difficult. forming a weapon of unique properties is something every nejime must achieve.

the kagebuki: kusarigama offers versatility in offensive and defensive purposes. it possesses a wide sweeping range of attack and is the easiest to utilize.

Kagebuki: Dami Suta - Shadow Weapon: Dummy Star

dami suta is a weapon form that offers more of a long time distraction, giving the user time to strike from else where undetected. the kagebuki acts as a dummy of the user, possessing the ability of movement with fighting capabilities as it possesses mass. unlike shadow clones, the clone doesnt actually poof upon impact and will stay and battle it out until canceled out by the user, incapacitated, or until its time is up (3 post). upon either occasion, autumn leaves will appear to sway off the dummy and fade as the dummy dismantles.

the ninjato of the kagebuki is speed oriented and provides accuracy and stealth for the user and can be used well in conjunction of hand to hand combat. it is a bit harder to utilize than the kusarigama but can be done effortlessly by a trained practitioner. the metal that the blade consists of makes it fairly easy to incorporate elements into it.

the kagebuki: shuriken provides great range and Defensive capabilities as well. the shuriken is a large, five point-bladed star. it can easily be controlled by the user and deflects a good amount of damage. the shuriken also works well as a projectile.

Kagebuki: Ohgama - Shadow Weapon: Scythe

the ohgama is harder to utilize and is far more advanced than that of the kusarigama. the kagebuki: ohgama possesses 3 major stages other than the standard form that it comes present. its offensive abilities are great and can perform large sweeps with its 5 foot blade and 6 foot pole arm. being 6 feet in length and possessing a blade 5 feet in length, handling and mastering the weapon is difficult if not impossible by the inexperience.

Majogari - Witch Hunt

This is a taijutsu style is a form of self resonance which is only known by the nejime clan. By resonating with one's own soul the user can drive their own wavelength directly into an opponent's body through a physical strike upon them, slowly paralyzing them and is even able to interrupt the brainwaves in a foes mind by cutting the electrical signals quickly, rendering them unable to think or act for an amount of time. the blows come off as an electrical discharge and a clear direct blow can incapacitate the opponent and cause strong direct and internal damage.

the kamaitachi technique is a absorption and condensation of wavelength around the nejime memeber before enforcing a feedback, redirecting it back in an incredible radius. By placing the chain of the Scythe Chain form in a star shape on the ground anything that enters the area will by instantly sensed and bound in the chains before they can escape. the ability to sense an opponent even extends to the area directly below the star. once caught, the chains reinforce themselves with chakra, making the feat to break free a nearly impossible act. the sokudo suta technique enables the user to move at extremely high speeds to the point where even their movements can't be seen, allowing them access to both rapid attacks and defensive evasions. performing the technique enables the advantages of being able to not only approach and attack either an enemies blind or weak spot, but to also allow him to better engage and fight in close combat, which the Ninja Sword is best suited towards. the shadow star technique is a hidden technique that utilizes the assassin within a nejime member. the marks gained from achieving the yoto glow showing the utilization. the shadow of the user and within the general area "shine" from the yoto and lash at the opponent at an uncountable amount of outraged strikes. due to the blurring fury of strikes, an untrained practitioner of the technique could be left in critical condition or fatally injured. dodging such an attack is unseen. different forms spawn from this type of technique but must be sought out through the leader of the nejime after they've achieved the yoto and shows mastery. There is no set number of team members that are required to perform this but it is more powerful in a bigger team. Chain Resonance seems to work great with weapons that possess a element similar to that of a member's within the group. the effects of the technique works both on bloodline and non bloodline members of the team.

the buraddi nidoru is a technique performed by the black blood which has been previously spilled. manipulation hardens the droplets, turning them into needles which extend towards the enemy intending to pierce them. Due to how quickly and easily a nejime black blood can be spread during an intense battle, this technique is adept at surrounding an opponent, exploiting any available openings. the technique can be done by the will of the user, preventing any hinderance in any current movements and ensuring the continuation of an onslaught of strikes.

Buraddi Suraisa - Bloody Slicer

To initiate this technique, must cut themselves in the wrist(s), exposing the Black Blood. Then through a simple flick of the wrist or flinging of the arm, the pooled blood is sent flying rapidly towards the opponent, which hardens by the user's will, creating crescent shaped projectile blades. This attack can also be used in close-range as a melee blade that remains attached to the user's arm for numerous subsequent attacks. the real advantage of this variant is in it's ability to selectively liquefy at the will of the user at the moment of contact to completely negate the enemy's defense and proceed with another technique, such as Bloody Needle. The blood takes on a black appearance with a slight purple aura.

Approved. Neat clan with an original idea but be careful how use it, I don't want it to become a clan that's abilities are being abused like (ex: black blood becomes hardened and defends up fifty rasengans).

Kagebuki isn't ninjutsu and Speed Star too.

kagebuki is just the weapon that comes in a set called preforms, which are the weapons that it can change into. the weapons arent jutsu. and the way speed star is actually utilized makes it fit under the title of a ninjutsu lol truly kekkei genkai tho so its utilized under bloodline limit means
