~Bio~ Fū (フー) is a ninja of Konohagakure, and a seemingly high-ranking member of the Foundation.

Fū is hand-picked by Danzo, along with Torune, as one of his unmasked escorts, to protect him during his journey to the Kage Summit in the Land of Iron.

Before departing, Fū asked Danzo about how they should prepare for the trip; Danzo told him to not worry about it and prepare in any way he sees fit.

Later, he is seen walking with Danzo and Torune, and the group is attacked by the Hanya Assassins from the Land of Wood. Danzo tells them not to do anything and brutally defeats all the assailants. When the Raikage became too violent, he and Torune, along with the other kage escorts, jumped into a defensive stance. He was told by Danzo to stand down. When White Zetsu appears during the summit, Fu and Torune guard Danzo. When him and Torune try to go and battle Sasuke they are stopped by Ao who was told to watch them by Raikage him and Torune try to attack but are stopped by Danzo. He later reveals to Danzo that their location has been found out by a member of Sasuke's squad, and he asks what they should do, to which Danzo replies that they stay where they are, and if attacked, they could use the confusion to escape. When Sasuke and Karin get to where the summit is taking place, Fū, along with Torune and Danzo, escape but they are chased after by Ao.

Abilities:
Fū appears to be a sensor, along with Karin, Shi and Ao. It was also clearly noted by Danzo that in all of the Land of Fire, Fū was by far the best tracker.

Although Fū has not been shown using many jutsu yet, Danzo stated that he and Torune are two of the most-skilled ninja in Root. When Raikage had lost Control at the meeting of the Five Kages, Fū appeared with his hand in a chakra hand sign in front of his lips, And his left hand holding a tanto out foward as if for a attack, Showing he was good with weapons and chakra. Also Danzo dually noted that after Tsunades time, Fū was the third Best Medic in Konoha.

Jutsu:Mystical Palm Technique (掌仙術, Shōsenjutsu)

This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.

By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. Although this is usually undesirable, Kabuto Yakushi once effectively used this side effect to get Kiba Inuzuka out of his way.

Chakra Scalpel (チャクラのメス, Chakura no Mesu)

This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.

The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Hiding with Camouflage Technique (迷彩隠れの術, Meisaigakure no Jutsu)

By controlling the reflection of light from one's surroundings with chakra, one can make oneself invisible. This allows the user to sneak up on their enemy without being noticed. It is impossible for people with normal eyes to find out the user's location. Only those with special eyes like the Sharingan or Byakugan can see through this technique.

The Five Senses Confusion Disorder is a special form of confusion which releases a steady chakra flow from Fū to temporarily destroy all of the opponenets senses. The technique confuses them, slowing down their senses and reaction time. The technique can also be used with a special Sealed Smoke bomb which was created by Torune.

Petrifaction Blow (Sekka no Ichigeki)

The Petrifacation Blow is a special Taijutsu and Medical Technique which is used by Fū. While gathering chakra into his arm, Fū rushes at a target and strikes them in the center of the chest to paralyze them. Or this technique can be used without chakra to strike a pressure point in the arms or legs to paralyze that limb momentarily.

The Exploding Tag Extraction Technique is a technique that Fū
used to remove an exploding tag from inside a wall cavity. The technique seems to be a way of forcibly pulling an object from somewhere close into the user's hands, the object will also warp through other objects in its way, such as the wall it was behind. This technique can also be used to remove most seals on objects.

Body Activate Technique (Nikutai Kassei no Jutsu)

This is a high level medical ninjutsu. Similar to the Secret Healing Wound Destruction technique, this jutsu allows the user to survive any otherwise normally fatal damage and instantly heal from the damage. A unique trait of this jutsu is that it can momentarily give the user the appearance of death.

When combined with dark chakra, this jutsu can also be used to physically enhance the person to superhuman levels of speed, strength, and healing might.

This technique is a summoning technique which allows Fū to form seals, without sacraficing blood and them press his hands to the ground. As he does this, Suddenly multiple summons in the earth make the floor up to 7 yards (21 feet) a mine feild.

This technique is a summoning technique which summons a large device similiar to a puppet, Though it does not use any chakra. The machine has several abilities, Though the downfall is it cannot be moved. Only Fū knows how to use it.
Abilities
Machine One Slot: Poison Mist (Kiki Ippatsu: Dokugiri): The First Machine Slot, Poison mist is a basic technique which is similiar to what most puppets have. However to set it off, Fū must release the seal on the very top of it where it opens into a lotus like flower. Once this happens a purple mist rolls out and will poison everyone in the room without a mask.

Machine Two Slot: Thousand Needles (Kiki Nihatsu: Senbon): The Second Machine Slot, Thousand Needles is a special seal inside the lotus top, Which when released summons millions of senbons to fly out of the small holes which were placed inside the Lotus.

Machine Three Slot: Rope Javolean (Kiki Sankaku: Jouhyou): The Third Machine Slot, Javolean Whip is a deadly move which releases a seal, Sending a large Javeleon attached to a whip out. To use this technique Fū must grab the handle which comes out, allowing him to take the whip Javelean out and use it himself.

Shintenkugutsu Juin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the Yamanaka clan member to place the mind of the victim into a puppet rather than their own body. After transferring his body into that of a puppet, Fuu's body will become defenseless. Fuu will manipulate it to throw a weapon at the victim ninja. Should the ninja catch the weapon and launch it back into the puppet, the curse tag on the puppet will activate and the victim will find their mind in that of the puppet. Because of the curse seal, the victim will be unable to manipulate the puppet's body.

Fuu himself will change places with the victim and take control of their body. Like normal Shintenshin, Fuu will be unable to inflict injury on the victim's body without also being injured himself. For this reason, Fuu can create a situation where his victim's body is hurt but he is not. He can do this by binding the victim's body so they have no chance of escape and then putting them in a situation where harm cannot be avoided after he leaves their body moments before. A skilled enough ninja can detect Fuu's presence in their comrade's body and end the jutsu before Fuu can complete his goals.

Shintenshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique originally used for spying. The ninja forms the needed handseals and then projects their spirit out of their body into their target. This can be another ninja or an animal. Unfortunately the spirit flies in a straight line at a slow speed. If the target moves and avoids the incoming spirit, the ninjas body falls lifeless until the spirit can find its way back to the body several minutes later. Because of the risk involved, the ninja must be very careful. When used in conjunction with a binding technique the chance of success greatly increases.

While inhabiting the body of their opponent, the target still remains in their mind but their mental processes are forced aside as the ninja takes control. However if the target has strong mental fortitude, they can overpower the intruder and force them out of their body. Also while in the body of their target, if the ninja takes sudden physical damage, their original body will be hurt as well.

Well talk to rave and/or Haku about it, I'm preety sure it exists x.x^ Could've changed again, not sure of it, but I'm preety sure the last rules about that, that I remember were "no matter if in anime they are sage, genin, jounin, or "extremely powerfull gods", they are NOT that rank in here, they all start genin or lower" o.o
