Personality: Ulquiorra is a very cold, callous, dispassionate figure, and is rather aloof, brooding, and indifferent, willing to harm both his comrades and enemies should they ever get in his way. He refers to anyone he does not find interesting as "trash" and treats them as expendable. Despite this, he is not particularly violent, unlike most of his Ninja comrades, and will only fight when provoked or ordered to by his Kage.

Ulquiorra has a strange habit of killing victims he is particularly interested in by stabbing them with his bare hand. Whether he is consciously aware of this habit or not is unknown. During a speech to the Hokage, he claims he cannot believe in human emotions, which he refers to as the "heart", reasoning that if his eye cannot see them, then they do not exist. These words, and much of Ulquiorra's overall behavior, can lead one to assume that he is a firm believer in the concept of materialism, which also connects to his aspect of death as an ninja, nihilism. It would appear that as a result of his isolated life as a lonely ninja Ulquiorra does not understand feelings and emotions as well as empathetic characters like others tend to. His overall behavior towards his allies and enemies, as well as his apparently self-inflicted habit of stabbing people in the chest, may symbolize that fact. In the last seconds of his life, he seemed to have finally found his own "heart" and understand feelings.

His cold demeanor allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easy surprised or caught off-guard. However, he does not seem to comprehend the human trait of fighting against all odds or the very concept of a human heart/emotions; during his latest battle with a ninja of the name Tisha, he completely overwhelms the Ninja after releasing his Zanpakutō, yet Tisha continues to fight on regardless. This briefly causes him to lose his cool, causing him to shout at Tisha out of frustration that "to continue fighting is pointless". He then transforms into his Segunda Etapa form in an attempt to show him "true despair". He also seems to contradict himself, telling Tisha that it's natural for humans to mimic other humans to become stronger, but they will never be the equal of that exact human, though he himself is doing much of the same by imitating his Kage.

~Bio~

Starting out deep in Kaminari no kuni, Ulquiorra's parents were killed when he was a young boy. Not knowing who killed them he was sent to live with his aunt and uncle in Hi no kuni, where at the age of seven he was placed into the Getsueigakure ll Hidden Moon Village shinobi academy by his uncle, who thought that it would make a better man of Ulquiorra then his father was. His father having failed the academy many times, not becoming a full shinobi. With such a thing being held over a family name, he had a lot to live up to. His time in the academy wasn't too short lived, but it was well spent, from sun up till sundown each day he devoted himself to the task at hand. When he graduated the academy, he was the first genin to be assigned onto a team, and also on the first team whos sensei stopped training, not because of the students, but lack of will. Soon enough, he would find another sensei and another until fainlly he had gone through five sensei's. When it came time for that years Chunin selection exam, he signed up-without a sensei, he now had a goal and a purpose. He wanted to make sure what he had to endure as would never happen to another student. He would pass these exams the first time through, not by his will though, but by his opponent being disqualified for holding the proctors family hostage if he didn't pass the exams. So, with him being a chunin there was only a few things left to do, the first was to teach at the academy. Which was an easy thing seeing as he knew most of the kids, but when he moved on and started doing more and more missions, he finally realized what his calling was. Not to make sure that what happened to him never was repeated, but to make sure the next generation of ninja were prepared to follow in the footsteps of the last.

When he turned twenty, it came time for the village to recognize his skills, and recognize they did, granting him the honorary title of Jônin, which meant he was ready and strong enough to take on more dangerous missions. It also meant his vision was a reality, as now he was directly in charge of teaching a team of genin. The first team failed, they weren't ready for the training, and weren't ready to be a ninja so he sent them back to the academy. As the years rolled on, it became actually a sort of rut, no matter how many teams he taught, they always failed the te4sts, and so he had to send them back to the academy. Soon he was known as "Pack your bags Ulquiorra", for no team had ever passed his training or tests. It went on this way for several years, he even at one point in time taught Hyuga Hanabi, but she ended up getting kidnapped by some ninja named Tsurugi. When he went to get her back, she came back with bandages around her eyes, fearing the worst, he checked on her. Luckily enough her eyes had been taken, but they had been removed and then put back in. What this meant he still doesn't know. It wasn't til the present day, when finally a worthy student came to light. He was a Kyuusei, and also was rather emotional and stupid, but Ulquiorra taught him nonetheless, and he was the only one out of any of Ulquiorra's students to ever be allowed the option of the Chunin selection exam. He however was killed, as a nukenin named Zabunto broke into the exams and killed many of the genin being tested. This infuriated Tetsuo, who went searching for the nukenin, but no traces of him could be found. To this day he still searches for the man known as Zabunto. A year or so after that exam, Akimichi Hiniku was passed onto him to be his student, he had taught the boy before, and had failed him back to teh academy, but now he would see what the kid was capable of. And as he thought, the boy was still lazy and worthless, hopefully though one day he would be broken of that.

When Ulquiorra uses his kekkie genkia his skin turns pure white. His new layer of skin is steel hard and can take considerable amount of damage. The layer of skin can only penetrated by a harder substance. Typicaly a sword or a ninjutsu attack, taijutsu doesn’t affect his body.

Demon Rays- Ulquiorra can form beams of rays by utilizing first 2 different hand seals for each new beam. The beam can be shot from the index finger, the mouth, or the palm of his hand. Making this attack a great aset to his repertoire.

Description: refers to the hardened skin of the Demon , which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While not openly stated, it has been seen repeatedly that Ulquiorra's skin is highly durable even by Demon standards. He can deflect attacks of similar power barehanded. The best example of his Hierro's might was shown from his ability to take a direct slash from Kibasi's Tensa Zangetsu with only a minor cut on his chest, while his fellow ninja comrades Connie lost an arm from the said opponent. Also, in his released form, Ulquiorra's Hierro appears to be even stronger.

Special Abilities: Ulquiorra’s Zanpakutō is the access point to his demon powers. With out his sword in hand he is not able to release his demon form and gain more strength. His Zanpakutō also can take use and weild his elemental attacks, and use them at a greater exstient.
Origin: Ulquiorra's Zanpakutō takes the form of a standard sized katana with a green handle and sheath. The guard has two curved extensions from its long sides, with a line going through both sides to give it an eye-like appearance.

Enhanced Vision: According to Ulquiorra, his eyes have the power to see through any illusion or deception; to basically see and understand anything in his sight. He even goes as far as saying he can only not see what doesn't exist. This allows him to be able to break through almost any genjutsu with ease.

Instant Replay: Ulquiorra has the unusual ability to replay events he has seen to others by removing and crushing an eye, which then turns into dust and flows around those Ulquiorra intends to use it on. The dust shows images of what Ulquiorra has seen during his missions. The eye regenertaes back into the eye socket after its use.

High-Speed Regeneration: Despite having great attack power and speed, Ulquiorra's greatest strength is his regenerative power. It is first witnessed after he removed and crushed one of his eyes, then he is seen with two eyes again in his next appearance, and Connie comments on it to that effect. This is displayed once more in his battle against a shin obi from the mist village, Ulquiorra states that it is his greatest power, one which most Demons give up in return for greater strength. He explains that he can quickly regenerate any part of his body except for his brain and Internal organs. However, this power also requires that he had sufficient spiritual energy. After use no oth er juts u can be used making this the only option for deffense. It absorbs all chakra after 3 uses.

Description: Cifer Clansmen possess Zanpakutō and can perform a technique similar to a Bijuu Host release called Resurrección. Unlike a Bijuu Host however, a Cifer Clansmen Zanpakutō is simply there Demon Powers sealed into the shape of a weapon. By releasing their Zanpakutō in the same manner as a Bijuu Host, a Cifer Clansmen can release his or her true powers. Most known Resurrección give the Clansmen user an animal-like appearance. fictionalized weapon like Nnoitra's Zanpakutō). Because their powers are sealed in their Zanpakutō, a Cifer Clansmens release will usually transform their body into a Demon-like form, allowing them to use their abilities freely. This form usually reflects what the Clansmen looked like as a Demon , although to highly varying degrees. A Resurrección restores an Clansmen to its "true" form, resulting in significantly various increases in speed, strength, stamina, durability and chakra, as well as allowing access to both more powerful variations of previous techniques and completely new abilities. Clansmen normally only return to their human form when they reseal their Demon powers; doing so without resealing, though possible, is a permanent change comparable to amputating a limb. There are two reasons Clansmen go through such trouble to seal their power: it allows them to maintain human form and to conserve their power in times of inactivity.

Description: Its release command is "Bind" Murciélago unleashes with a burst of spiritual energy that falls around Ulquiorra as black rain. In his released state, Ulquiorra becomes bat-like in appearance. He gains giant wings on his back, his hair becomes longer and wilder on the left side of his head, and the remains of his Demon mask centers atop his head, with two large horns extending outward to the sides towards the front. The lines on his face become broader and more triangular and his fingernails lengthen. His Ninja attire becomes more form fitting and closed at the top, becoming more like a robe towards the bottom. In this form, he uses an energy spear instead of a sword.

Resurrección Special Ability: He is shown to have the ability to create elongated spike-like javelins. His speed and endurance is greatly enhanced to the point that a Kage could have difficulty keeping up, let alone damaging him. His Hierro has also vastly increased in strength, Ulquiorra also has the unique ability to enter a second released form, called Resurrección Segunda Etapa.

Cero Oscuras: It is a black Cero, which Ulquiorra states to be similar to black Getsuga Tenshō. This Cero presumably can only be used while he is in his release state. Ulquiorra refers to it as "my Cero", so it may be exclusive to him. It is also possible that the Cero Oscuras is just a vastly powerful version of the Cero. Since the color of the Cero changes depending on who uses it, the "Oscuras" in its name may simply refer to the fact that his version is black.

Description: Resurrección: Segunda Etapa Upon his transformation, Ulquiorra boasts that he is the only Clansmen among the Cifer who has achieved a second Resurrección form, which supposedly has remained a secret from others. Ulquiorra refers to his second state as "True Despair", both before and after its release, likely because the immensely dense chakra pressure it releases instills despair upon those around him. While he retains his black wings, his long white coat is gone, revealing a more defined musculature with his chest bare and Demon hole (which has become larger) dripping black, blood-like liquid. His waist becomes covered in something similar to black fur or cloth, which also covers his arms and legs. His fingers grow claw-like extensions and his feet become like talons. His irises of his eyes turn yellow while the sclera becomes green. The tear-like marks under his eyes increase and turn black. Ulquiorra's mask remains turn into two long horns. He grows a very long and thin but powerful tail which is capable of being used as a weapon or to lift and strangle a victim.

Overwhelming Spiritual Power: Ulquiorra's already vast spiritual power is significantly increased furthermore upon entering his second stage. Even being within the vicinity of his release instills despair on those who can sense it. It is likely the second release increases Ulquiorra's speed and strength.

Lanza del Relámpago: Ulquiorra creates a javelin-like weapon using his chakra power, which he can use as a projectile or as a physical weapon. When thrown, it produces an incredibly-destructive explosion on impact, which dwarfs the fortress of Konhagakure in height. Ulquiorra prefers to not use the attack at close range, most likely because the resulting blast would damage himself as well as the village. While he can use these spears in rapid succession, he has difficulty controlling their trajectory. Ulquiorra is also able to use this attack as a blade, which disintegrates material upon impact; as seen when he struck away his own amputated arm. The spear can also be quite effective at cutting.

This jutsu's only real use is for breaking genjutsu, since it hurts the user instead of a target.

Description: A basic Raiton technique. The user must perform two hand seals while gathering chakra either in a concentrated spot or all throughout their body. This part may be performed as much as thirty seconds in advance of the actual attack and held in till released. Upon release a high voltage shock will either travel through the point of concentration or through the body as a whole, delivering a shock capable of stunning and causing uncontrollable muscle spasms in the victim. To be hit by this technique a person must be either in contact or withing three feet of the user under normal conditions. While under water this effect widens substantially to withing ten feet of the user. This technique is incapacitating for a full ten seconds (meaning two combat posts) and is strong enough to stop a human heart if concentrated and directed correctly. As the effects wear off a person may feel a burning or tingling sensation all over their body, though the technique does not physically leave more then first degree burns even when focused.

Description: A basic lightening jutsu requiring two hand seals. The user performs the two seals and concentrates their chakra into their hands creating a negative charge in their hands opposite a positive charge in the air, created by the release of chakra from the body. The two charges create an area extending one foot away from the charged hands of the user that is filled with miniature lightening. The lightening creates a bright white flash that is capable of blinding, and creates a pressure wave that sweeps forward in a 180 degree ark from one side of the user to the other. The pressure wave can rupture ear drums and at close to medium range can knock a person off their feet (melee-20ft aprox). If a person is actually within the foot range of the hands severe electrocution will follow. This technique is built to disorient, not as a melee attack.

Description: A basic lightning jutsu requiring the use of two hand seals. The shinobi performs the hand seals and uses elemental manipulation to convert their chakra to the lightning element. Then the user transfers the energy into the ground to any spot of their desire within 50 feet of their current position. When activated with a release seal from the user that area, consisting of a three foot diameter circle, will explode due to rapid expansion from heating from the electricity running through the dirt and rock. This is near the strength of an explosive tag when the spot chosen is just normal dirt; however, if a small to medium sized rock outcrop or pile of earth were on top of the chosen location the blast becomes much stronger. Composition of ground is important when using this technique as rock will create small fragments that act akin to shrapnel, while plain dirt will act more like a concussion grenade. This technique can be used against constructs created by earth specializing ninja.

Description: A long range technique requiring four hand seals. The user builds up an electrical charge, usually in the hands, via elemental manipulation of lightning chakra. This is done while the hand seals are being performed and can be seen by electricity arcing between the hands. The user then simply directs their attack by pointing at the spot they wish to attack, unleashing a blast of lightening from said pointing finger at the target. This attack is strong enough to severely burn the point of impact, throw a person several feet through the air, or make rock formations explode as they rapidly are heated. As usual with a lightning element there is a considerable shock at the end of this lightening bolt. People hit often lose consciousness, convulse, froth at the mouth, smoke from the hair, and can possibly have their heart stopped. This jutsu is effective at up to 100 feet away, but becomes less accurate over distance. At 50 feet it is very accurate, at 75, moderately, and at 100 it requires some luck to hit a person sized target.

Description: A technique that requires four hand seals. The ninja uses elemental manipulation to disperse lightning chakra into the air, creating a highly charged environment for 150 feet in all directions from the user. This zone is prone to static discharge and can be triggered by the smallest of movement. The discharge isn't harmful more then getting shocked on a car door in a windy day, instead this shock alerts the user of the static field to the position of the discharge, making this zone almost impossible to hide in effectively. This technique acts as a sort of radar for the user, giving him a sixth sense that can't be fooled by traditional genjutsu. However, this does have its disadvantage in that the field cannot distinguish what created the discharge, often getting discharge off of nearby animal life or teammates. The more objects the user has to track at once the more stressful a situation can be, leading to headaches if the user is subject to many discharge sources over an extended period of time. Lasts five posts before the user must recharge the field with more chakra or let the jutsu end.

You could try and make Arrancars into a clan. Just make a clan with steel armor and broken masks. Oh they also have swords that can disapear to give them more armor and weapons.
