Description: Tenraigan is the dojutsu Kekkei Genkai of the Kumori Clan. It is extremely powerful, yet extremely rare. It is said that a Kumori will only inherit these eyes once he has proven himself worthy tto The God Of Shadows Tenraigan appears to be eyes with a white and yellow iris, and four dark-purple rings circling both pupils. Each of the four dark-purple rings have a black colored center, and are all connected by what appears to be dark-purple lines.

To master the Tenraigan, the possessor must master each ability separately. The user will start off with only one ability, after mastering that ability, another shall appear. There is one ability in all.

Each Kumori will start out with a diffrent ability and will have to teach them slef how to master the other. users abilities are heightened there strength, speed, agility, intelligence, and chakra are all said to be increased with powers unknown to a Kumori member.

Black Raiton Jutsu

The Dark Powered Lightning Release is only know to Raigen Kumori, because of his Tenraigan defect, strengthing his powers of lightning it is shown to match the powers of Ametursa. Black Raiton techniques are jutsu that convert the user's chakra into dark natured electricity. Because of this, they require great deal of chakra to be performed. Ths can only be perfomred by a Kumori as it they are the only ones with this current unqie trait at the moment. Black Raiton techniques are fast-moving, easily able to pierce matter, and tend to numb and burns to the target. Black Raiton techniques are strong against any elemental affinity particulary Earth Release and can be blocked by any other types of dark affinities.

Black Nekurai: Projecting Orb [Heavan,s Lightning: Tsukideta Kyuutai]:

This is one of Raigen’s customized Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Raiton element. After performing the needed handseals, Raigen will concentrate chakra in the center of his mouth and transform it into electricity. Black Nekurai Tornado [Heavan's Lightning Tatsumaki]:

Description:
This technique is performed almost the same way as Raigen's Spinning Tornado technique. After performing a string of handseals, Raigen will infuse chakra with the blade of his sword. Next, he will swipe the air with his sword a few times. The swiping creates a small spiraling rotation, and he also sends chakra into the air at the same time. He will then hold a handsign together and maintain the rotation of the air until it is a powerful tornado like rotation. When ready, Raigen will transform some of the chakra spinning in the rotation into electricity. Anyone caught in this technique will be electrocuted, casuing either death or skipping heart rates

Description:
This is a customary Ninjutsu technique of Raigen's, that utilizes his Heavanly lightning. After creating electricity in his hand, Raigen will send out a large bird created from his black colored lightning, to quickly attack his target. A connection of visible electricity will run from his hand to the bird itself, limiting its range. Upon impact, but not before it releases black lightning through the enemies boy. The bird will explode and cause electricity to erupt around the area of impact.

Black Nekurai is the Raiton Ninjutsu of the Kumori Clan it’s the enhanced version of the regular Nekurai, only used by Raigen.. It is performed like other Raiton techniques; the only difference is that when performed by a Kumori, it will be generated into a Pitch black color, rather than the usual purple or white. This is because Denkou no Tenshu (Literally meaning, "God of Shadows") chose the Kumori Clan to become the absolute masters of the Raiton element. Denkou no Tenshu transformed the chakra in every Kumori Clan member, to make them all have an affinity for the Raiton element, and changed the color of their electricity to symbolize the Shadow God's presence among the Kumori Clan. The normal version of Nekurai consists of forming chakra in the palm of a hand, and generating it into electricity. This version of Nekurai consists on forming chakra on any part of the body, even covering the body in a veil of Black Raiton Upon impact, the sphere of electricity will explode, destroying the target. Thus, this technique is very powerful. Kumori Users that recive this part of the Tenraigan eye are able to use diffrent variations of the jutsus with there perspective style. Ikazuchi and Raigen are the two ninja currently able to do this.

Rain Jutsu

- Dark Rain Technique [Kuro Ame no Jutsu]
The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming S-rank


- Vortex Tsunami Technique [Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu] A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins hat high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion. The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu. Must be raining, Jutsu will last three posts. - Vortex Storm Technique [Kadou Boufuu no Jutsu]
A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance. Advanced Jounin

- Endless Rain of Spears [Yari no Kirinonai Kouu] By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates spears of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed. Advanced Chuunin

Artificial Rain Skill [Jinkouu no Jutsu] By focusing chakra on a source of water to evaporate it and raise it up in the air, the user may create a cloud far above the battlefield. Because heat is not used to accomplish this the cloud quickly recondenses and begins falling as rain. The area covered by the rain is the same (15 meters) but the time the rain lasts is dependent on how much chakra and water is used. Academy

- Reverse Rain [Sakasa Ame] This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop which falls on the ground starts to go up into the air instead, so the rain becomes backwards, when the rain becomes backwards it can make techniques such as the Rain Spear technique and others. Crystal Jutsu

Chrysalis Creation {Ti Ki}
Perfomring the need handseals, Raigen will infuse his chakra with the mosit air creating shards of ice. Inputing more chakra will create more Crystals which Raigen can control and manipulate to his bidding. Typically moving it through the air to serve various purposes. The amount of Crastals he can control at one time is fairly immense. If chakra is lacking in abundance, Raigen can take Nature chakra from the earth, and gain immense of chakra, the chakra is stored in his large chakra pool. While he can control any form of water to create ice, ordinary Chrysalis Creation requires more chakra to manipulate it, tiring him at a rapid rate. As a result,During battle, Raigen can move with ease, attacking with his chrysalis creation from a multiple location, and even using taijutsu. As the second element of his stationary combat style, Raigen has a number of crystal-based defenses to be used in case an opponent gets too close. His primary defense is his Shield of Ice, an automatic crysal shield that surrounds and protects him from damage. Raigen can control the shield to some degree, strengthening it to steel-like quality or calling upon it to completely encase himself. While an effective defense, the shield can be overcome with high speed attacks, or simply be broken through with incredibly forceful strikes.E-S Ranked.

Chrysalis: 360 Needle Rain
Raigen will perform the need hand signs, leading into the air spinning in a circular motion. Going around a clockwise 360 degree 7 times. Using Chrysalis Creation shards of cyrstals are created with his chakra. Forming needles which are inputted into a system of throws for each 360 spin. Shooting out at a speed of 20ml per second, and 80 needles per spin. These needles then come raining down on his target. Raigen will cause a huge 3D lattice work of needles to form, piercing most anything in its path. Laced with posion from the Ivy plant and Raigen's capablities making them deadly to anyone. If one gets scratched by the poisoned crystal needles, the individual's body goes numb almost instantly and stops moving. Within three days the individual will die unless an antidote is administered. Description:This is one of Kumori's clan's most Dustrustive Technique.But due to it being secertive only few know about it.And Raigen was one of the members who was able to master it.Only using Tanraigan a small ball of lightning will appear infront of The user,then Lightning from the user and the area will merg with the ball making it larger and larger.The user won't be affected.So basicly Its like a black hole of lightning but the user is the one controling it.After the user thinks its enough power.(note: does not use this with hands at all)The user will launch the ball at the opponent or anything.It will first explode when the user wants or when is in impact.Which is a explosion larger then the Chuunin exams stadium but twice the size.After the explosion the moment after it will Implode pulling everything but the user in from at least 75 miles and when close will afterward's using force to push things together to smash in everything that was caught in that range,Raigen is able to use this and live because he takes 2 extra chakra pills to raise his chakra up.however Raigen use Black Raiton which is Alot more powerfull,cost alot more chakra and last alot longer.[Weakness:Shortly after the jutsu will have some vision problems,leaving the user defenceless abit.And it takes like 2 post do complete the jutsu.]

Description:This is a Genjutsu created and used by Raigen Kumori-Fuuma.This was created when Raigen realized on how important Genjutsu is when facing a strong opponent.He would raise his right arm up and hand out like he is holding something.Then a ball of Lightning will appear.And the moment his opponent looks at the arm or the ball,the Genjutsu will be activated.They will see that they can not move for some strange reason as they are watching Raigen throw a Lightning ball.And they will think they are hit with the ball and in extreme pain.But the reailty is they will just be standing there looking suprised.

Description:This is a special fighting style used by Raigen Kumori-Fuuma.He was able to create this style by sneaking into the Hyuuga base and to read there clan fighting style and ways.When he got abit understanding of it.To him it was not enough so he played as a Hyuuga and watched the clan members fight.When he saw what they could really do,he quickly was able to develop a style very simmilar to it.He was able to study the human body and chakra system and all he had to do was study the movement and create Black Raiton with it and it was a sucess.He was able to send Black Raiton waves towards his opponent.The affects are,depending on the striking of Raigen.If moved right can send Black Raiton through the system of anothe persons body and alert them or shock them burning them out.It can also sometimes linger through the body.This is alot more deadly fighting style then Hyuuga style Gentle fist.
