General Appearance. Raishin is a young man of a very small stature. He has a tan complexion and seemingly glowing ocean eyes, along with naturally spiked blond hair. He wears his headband over his forehead to keep his bangs up, but when it is not present, his hair seems like a mess. He wears a grey sweater, with the spiral symbol printed on it, and a navy blue khaki shorts, with black ninja footwear. He also wears grey wrist bands with the spiral symbol and has the first Hokage's necklace around his neck, a heirloom passed down from his great great great grandfather.

Personality: Three words can describe Raishin; Loud and Annoying. He is very rambunctious child, often jumping around unable to control himself. He also thinks highly of himself, much higher than he actually is. When he is not being annoying, he can be very supportive, giving off a feel that would make anyone want to be his friend and revealing his natural brilliance.

Other:
-Raishin apparently comes from a family full of powerful shinobi.
-His appearance is similar to that of Minato Namikaze.

~Bio~
Pre Academy Arc: Rashin was born approximately 12 years ago to the proud parents of Mai, and Arashi. He grew up like any other child, minus the fact that he was put straight into training and studying when he was only the tender age of five years. Although his father had plans of him becoming a legendary shinobi like their ancestors, his mother wanted him to become a scholar or scientist. This caused alot of problems in his household, but Raishin managed to ignore it, not letting it get to him. After being trained for five years, he was finally old enough to become a student and enrolled into the academy.

Academy Arc: Although Raishin was smart, he didn't bother to apply himself that much. Well, as much as he could, since he did possess amazing potential. He mainly focused on building a reputation and become well known through the building and his village. Not for doing good academic work though, for pulling pranks and getting suspended numerous times. His parents were not happy, in fact, they were ready to rip him a new one on several occasions. Somehow, they managed to keep themselves under control. Thanks to his best friend Tomoko, during the last two marking periods, Raishin managed to apply himself, scoring an impressive 90 percent on his genin written exam and preforming all three basic jutsu correctly. He awaits his placement on a gennin team.

Likes: Raishin enjoys training, that seeming to be his pass time along with drawing and tree climbing. He also likes studying ninjutsu, and enjoys eating dango.

Dislikes: Raishin absolutely hates smug and conceited people. He also hates milk, always rejecting it when it is offered to him. He dislikes sour foods and snails, because he thinks they are weird looking. (o.o)

Habits: Raishin as a habit of folding his arms behind his head, and closing his eyes, making him adopt a lazy posture. He also always bites his lip when he is nervous.

Weaknesses: Raishin, like his ancestor Naruto, is loud and annoying, which is not a good attribute as a ninja, as it usually reveals his whereabouts. He mainly focuses on offense, using strategy and defense rarely. He falls under Genjutsu alot easier than he should, showing he lacks in that area.

Strengths: Raishin is a natural Raiton user, and he build up an immunity to those type of attacks. Also, due to his natural ability, he is extremely fast, which makes him a versatile close combat fighter. He is also skilled with weapons, as shown when he uses his ninja tools.

Fears: Raishin has a giant fear of being alone, thinking of it being a dark and quiet place with no one at his side. He also has a giant fear of dogs, but strangely, he doesn't freak out as much when near them. He is scared of the dark, with aids the reason he is afraid of being alone.

Guest

The elbow attack, you could say the user uses this or its simply your Ninpou. There's no need to say Sharingan, bc then the hit seems liie you've made it impossible to dodge, or counter to other users. The attack from the information given simply is a rushing chakra infused blow. The elbow can be stopped if grabbed and timed correctly, possibly cut with a kunai. Now the 1st jutsu ehhh its basically Tsunade ( Anime ) jutsu. Its her Heaven's Kick of Pain. This could also be seen as Naruto's Clone Spinning Heel Drop, w/o the clones. So the point I'm making is well if its gonna be a Ninja Art: Come up with something special, you can do it.
