The western part of the barracks. Like the others it is multi-angular cube but has markings of green on it marking it as Block C. It is very wide but very short in height even shorter than the red marked Block B.
The Guarding Corps is online at every angle and looks for anything suspicious going on. Just try doing anything and off you are to the Detention Unit.
