This is a hight tower that is right after the gates and overlooks the mining processes using zooming devices that could let visitors watch like they are next to the miner. The scene is very amazing as the Black Star horizon is revealed. In the gates you should pay for a ticket for a tourist.

The Guarding Corps is online at every angle and looks for anything suspicious going on. Just try doing anything and off you are to the Detention Unit.
