The house must be either broken in ruins, underground in (catacombs, sewers) and the conditons have to be poor. The Uchiha must reside in either only Cloud , Sand or Konoha nowhere else, yet.

The rooms can be no more than 3 with the exception of the "Estate" and the floors are no more than 2-3. If your home has a 3rd floor it''ll be a basement. Things will improve over time when we have sufficient funds to get more rooms and repair the damage to the clan which will cost a total of 250,000 ryo. That will be our goal. Once its paid off we can start getting fancier luxurious things for our clan until then its time to hit the ground running and hustle.
