Right Legged Pouch: It has 2 pouches. The back most pouch contains 5 kunai. The forward most poush contains 3 reels of high tension, hook ended wire.

Back Pouch: This pouch holds 3 kunai, several extra wire reels, 7 ninja stars, tags, 2 smoke bombs, and several blank scrolls.

Side Pouches: There are 2. One on each side of his hips. They're on the side but positioned towards the back for comfort. Each one holds one scroll. The right pouch holds Inatzus' weapon scroll. It contains more kunai, ninja stars, as well as shuriken, special swords, and other weapons. (Full list to be added later.) Left pouch holds his Medical Scroll. This scroll contains neccessary medical supplies such as soldier pills, bandages, etc. (Full list to come.)

Last 2 things are his sword which is sheathed on his left side and his scroll of summons which he carries on his back. Inatzus' Scroll of Summons contains all his Summoning jutsu and Contracts. It is large and what is seen that looks to be a large scroll is just a box the "Scrolls" are carried in. It can only be opened by a jutsu/password.



His lax, spiked brown-red hair just about reaches his red-brown eyes. Symbolizing his loyal nature, he chooses to wear a black leather collar around his neck. Though, underneath it lies a dragon shaped mark which stretches from his neck to his shoulder on the right side of his body. As for clothes, he wears a black, no sleeve leather shirt with a red button/zip-up shirt over it. On his legs, he wears a simple pair of black khakis that go down to barely touch his bare feet. Then for added padding when punching, he wears black, leather, no finger gloves.

Strengths: Physical battle, swordsmanship, and immune to Genjutsu.

Weakness's: Harder for me to stay on top of water, and gets angry when friends are threatened.

Abilities: Immune to Genjutsu as well as able to conduct and use electricity. If hit with electric jutsu, he can absorb the chakra in it. If it is attached to user, user will be drained.

Immunity to Genjutsu comes from Inatzu's unique body. Inatzu's body is a collection of elements crafted into the appearence of a human body. After Surp was killed, a many ninja collcted and bonded Surp's soul to this makeshift body. He became a puppet that fateful day, but also his own master. For unlike most Puppets, his strings are on the inside. They are controled by a large seal placed on his soul. This seal is basically an imprint of Surp's mind. This allows the body to react and respond as any actual body could. But as it is just a soul and no organs, this gives him immunity to Genjutsus.

Growing up in a hidden village in the mountains, one not of power but small and secret, his parents, sister, and him grew up with little violence. But even though they were hidden from the wars and hardships of battle, the village still retained its traditions. Young Surpentheon was not exempt from these traditions.

In Surpentheons small hidden village, the right to passage and ascension to man-hood was marked by his completion of learning their families jutsus. Fueled by his families pride and high statis, Surpent was pushed and trained rigorously. Though, Surpent showed an unusual knack for learning jutsu. Cunning intelligence and quick reflexes as well as an abnormally large chakra pool allowed him to exceed his families expectations. Succeeding in accomplishing all his families jutsu, Surpent reached the natural right of man-hood at the age of 7.

Looked upon as a great asset and thought to be a prodigy, he was watched and cared for rigorously. Due to this eccentric care, his twin sister Dragonia was usually forgotten. Yet, even though the village and even his family chose to overlook Dragonia, Surpent cared deeply for his other half. Since she was frail and constantly sick he would always try finding some way to cheer her up. He even trained her between illnesses. Surpent soon saw his twin sister as his Anchor to Sanity.

Surpent had found himself content with life as a prodigy. Besides studies, everyday life was peaceful. At least it was till the year of the famine. A lack of rain soon hit the small village hard. Water was becoming a scarce commodity. Crops were whithering and fires were becoming a frequent day to day thing. Unable to continue in secret, a group of council members set out to meet with the close yet distant Village Hidden in the Stars. The Council Members were hoping to strike a compremise and arrange for food and assistance in surviving the famine.

Upon the Council Members's return, Dragonia was ill once again and had just waken from a dream. The members of council had retired into a meeting with the other Council Members and when finally they resurfaced, the news they bore was news that would start the long path to the villages true demise.

Speaking to the people of the small village, the matriarch told them of their deal with the Tsukikage. The deal struck was that the small village would offer up several of their best ninja in which would journey back to Star and would there present for the Tsukikage to see, a demonstration of their combat abilities and jutsu usage. The Kage would then pick from the presenties, one person to join their village as an assassin. In turn, the Tsukikage would send supplies and money to the small village.

After hearing this, a slow hush fell over the vilagers soon followed by discussion and 3 men stepped forward. Among the 3 was none other then Surpentheon himself. Of course, his father disapproved, and being Village Leader tried to get the council to say no. But Surpent retorted and won the People and Council over. He was accepted as 1 of the 3.

At this time, Dragonia had forced her way through the crowd and grabbed Surpents' hand when he the other 2 went to leave. Turning to face her, she warned him. "If you do this, you'll never be the same. This journey *Cough* will change you." Nodding to her, he lays a gentle kiss to her cheek and continues to follow the others. That night, Surpent was chosen by the Tsukikage and instantly instated into the Midnight Assassins.

He served under the Star Village till he was 18. In this time, His Swordsmanship had reached master level and he had excelled in Medical Arts. This was apparent since he used his medical abilities to gain the Asahi Bloodline while in Star. After his several years of service, the Tsukikage and him had become close friends. Stars Kage granted Surpent temperary or if he chose perminent leave from the Village.

Moving back to his home village, his sister was right. Surpent was now troubled by nightmares and had obtained immense knowledge. He had developed an obsession with jutsu through this knowledge. Dragonia called it Addiction to Advanced Techniques. Surpent would hold experiments with jutsus trying to use his intellect and honed medical skills to develop new and more powerful jutsu. It was during one of these experiments that Surpent created the destruction of his home.

It was in the midst of a storm, in a flash of light, Surpents' village was up in flames. Surpent (Or so you'd think) stood amongst the rubble wielding a crimson light around his arm as Dragonia layed before him crying and bleeding.

Coming to his senses, Surpent yelled to the heavens in agony. It was a couple days later that Surpent was seen leaving the remains of his home carrying Dragonia on his back.

It was almost a year later till Surpent was seen again. He had settled into the Village Hidden in the Grass. But not only that, he had become a well known ninja and a respected Kage. The battles through his years as Kage ranged from raids to full out attacks by the Akatsuki. He remained Kage until he killed Hayataro (A.K.A.- Sage of Dragons) in order to claim the title for his own. The Gods and 3 sannin grew angry with this natural act of the shinobi and unofficially executed Surpent after stripping him of his taken title.

As a normal man would tell you, to live once is enough. But Surpents sister (The only survivor of the village disaster.) and others thought otherwise. Surpent had left a scroll behind in his sisters posession. A scroll containing a jutsu which made resurrecting someone possible. Dragonia gathered friends and allies of Surpents and weilding the Scroll of Nature (See Inventory) went to the ruins of Grass left by the Gods and together brought Surpent back to the living.

Taking on a new name for his new life, Inatzu wandered as a Rouge Ninja till he stumbled into the Uzu Village. He had no memory of his life a Surpentheon and was around the age of 15 then. Adopting their ways and customs, Inatzu soon gained back his old vigor for life and its wonders. At the passing of the Genin Exam, he swore he'd become greater still to be useful to the Kage Kina who gave him a home in Uzu. For the last year, he has trained rigorously to get stronger for his new home.

He stayed apart of Uzu for a short while only. While there, he found himself yearning for somewhere else. It wasn't till his mission to carry a message to the River Kage that he found a place he felt at home. He completed the mission for Uzukage Kina Fuuma and then saw Kilyal in secret about joining River. After a long talk, Kilyal accepted Inatzu and welcomed him to the village with the gift of his new headband.

As his life contiues to unfold, he continues to try and make his everlasting chapter in the pages of Legends.

Jutsu:

Lightning Style:

Lightning of the Plus Factor- (D-Rank) This is an electrical attack with mainly a positive charge. It is weilded in the hands and is used for piercing during taijutsu or long-range striking since it can be dislodged from the hands and shot. It's path can be disrupted by something giving off a negative feed/charge. When used with its opposite, the will be drawn to eachother. That includes any object struck by them.

Lightning of the Minus/Negative Factor- (D-Rank) Same as Lightning of the Plus Factor but is mainly a negative charge. Is harder to direct and control but can be steered easily if a positive charge is around. This causes it to seek out the positive for an explosive reunion, if you catch my drift. When used with its opposite, the will be drawn to eachother. That includes any object struck by them.

Chiidori- I call forth a ball of lightning to my hand. The sound it makes sounds like a Thousand Birds. It’s an assassin’s jutsu and is a powerful jab attack. (Rarely used. Learned in order to develope Roar of a Thousand Birds.)

Flash- (D-Rank) a genjutsu activated when I unsheath my sword. It creates a flash that I activate the genjutsu in. The Genjutsu is imprinted on the eye from the flash and this makes it harder to release. The opponent seems to still be in the real world but finds themself unable to beat the user of this jutsu by any means. I usually follow this jutsu with another to strike at them when their down.

Kenjutsu:

Charging Moonlight Dragon- (D-Rank) This is a tech where I release a burst of Lightning from my sword that takes the form of a dragon. It then moves in responce to my sword. It only lasts till it hits something solid.

Water Style:

Mizukiri Kangoku Renda- (Water Mist Prison Barrage)- (D-Rank) The user of this jutsu creates a thick mist over the surrounding area that can be instantly mistaken as the Hidden Mist Jutsu. But it is not. This is used to confuse and change your opponents perseption of the jutsu at hand. It is actually more of a genjutsu. The mist is but the first step to confusing the opponent into believing that it is the hidden mist jutsu so that they don't us "Release". The user can then continue into this play scene by creating enemies like a normal genjutsu. Though, if by some chance that the enemy uses "Release" the mist created by the jutsu limits the enemies but also the users sight. This is why most users of this jutsu create clones as a precaution.

Mizusuibou- (Water Collapse)- (C-Rank) This jutsu is used in succession with a mist jutsu or a jutsu that places the enemy around or in water. (Examples: Hidden Mist Jutsu, Water Prison Jutsu, Tidal Wave Jutsu) The user causes the water around the enemy to implode with such force that the enemy would be not only shreaded by the waves of water but crushed into an orb the size of a pebble. The draw back of this jutsu is that the user must have visual contact of the water or be touching the water in order to use this jutsu.

Summoning Jutsu: Rikujou-same- (Land Shark)- (B-Rank) This summons one-several sharklike creatures with skin hard as rock and teeth sharp as razor blades. They are called Land Sharks because they can swim through the earth as well as water. They are Astro and Hydro vechicular. Because of their strong hide and great sense of smell, they are a foe to be feared. Their bite can tear a limb from its host with ease and it can travel over 50 mph through earth and 70mph through water. They weight over 350lbs making it extremely hard to parry their bodies as well as their razor sharp fins. Once they have a hold of their target, they refuse to let go until they have removed that limb by force.

Rip Charge- (S-Rank) Using electricity, the user rips a hole in space and time. (The size can vary) The hole can be used to absorb attacks or swallow massive objects. Inside the hole is a world of constant storms. Electricity is in no short amount there.

Counter Charge- (D to S-Rank) This jutsu is only able to be used with Lightning jutsu. This creates a long lasting bolt of lightning that has an amazing property. It is a bolt that changes its color and makeup to cancel an oncoming elemental jutsu. It's used strictly as a cancel move.

Roar of a Thousand Birds- (A-Rank) By creating lightning in both hands, the user then slams their two hands together. The hands collide starting at the palms making a V. This shape allows a path for the lightning to escape. When the hands/palms collide, the lightning connects and is freed in a radical pattern. It then shoots out the hands in a wave-like pattern. ( < o O ) This attack was developed and evolved after watching Chidori.

Lightning Dragon Flash- (C-Rank) similar to Dragon Flame Jutsu, this uses the same technique but utilizes the Lightning element for faster and more focused attack. This causes a blast of lightning to be emitted from the users’ mouth at speeds over 500 fps. The last image the opponents sees is a terrifying dragon about to consume them.

Tunnel Lightning- (A-Rank) by using chakra infused Electricity I can direct the flow of it through the ground as well as other solid objects and air.

Lightning Bomb- (B-Rank) I condense electricity I hold in my hand and coat it with hardened chakra which now allows it to be thrown. When thrown and it collides, the extra pressure causes the lightning to explode with added force and speed.

Lightning Bombardment- (S-Rank) The user summons supreme lightning of such large amounts that the entire field seems to explode. Afterwards, the area is filled with dust.

Hydro Lock- (C-Rank) The user expels a burst of static that covers the field and electrifies anything with water in it or on it. This acts as a solid defense for but a second and can be used to act as a targeting jutsu for other lightning moves.

Arashi Suiame (Storm of Acid Rain)- (A-Rank) The user of this jutsu calls upon the force of nature and summons a storm which power is beyond that of a normal storm. The rain that falls bends to the will of the user and can dissolve/melt even the strongest of steel. The lightning is said to be so powerful, it's aura is that of death itself. (Black Lightning) The user is protected from the dangerous perils of this jutsu through a veil that they excrete at the summoning of this jutsu. The only draw back of this jutsu is that the user is slowed down by the veil place over their body. This can be minor since the water, wind, and lightning created by the storm are able to be used however the user can manage.

Dance of Devastation- (S-Rank) The user takes a standing stance and raises their arm up infront of them. They then call forth so much chakra that it takes on a swirling, visable form around them. This chakra focuses on the arm/hand area. Then Lightning springs forth, beckoned by the user and launches out at speeds so fast even the mighty Sharingan and Byakugan can't keep up with the many lightning bolts. This inturn also makes it impossible for the user to keep track of the bolts as well. The strands launch themselves out at random, going into the air, forward, into the earth and all the while leaving a solid, heated, dangerous stream of itself behind where it has been. The finishing form of this jutsu is that of a giant web surrounding the user and the opponent. Once in it, it is impossible to get out even if your body could bend like a snake. This jutsu is meant to stab, ensnare and even dismember the users enemy. Because of its large area, ranging to that of over three football fields, and its random strikes, it's prctically impossible to get out of its way since the jutsu is finished in just over a second. It is also risky for the user since the random uncontrolable bolts can get into the 6 inch area of protection around the user by accident. Tis is usually followed by the justu Vanishing Web.

Vanishing Web- (A-Rank) Used in succession with Dance of Devastation. The user forms one handsign, the Dragon, and the web then implodescausing mass damage to the entire area and those within. The end result is a giant crater with just a small spire in its center where the user stands. Most likely cut from flying debri

Demon Lightning- (S-Rank) It's a fusion with lightning and the users blood. It gives the lightning a blood color when it protrudes from the users arm. It takes on an existance of its own through the fusion with the blood. It can attack and protect simular to Gaara's sand. It feeds on the users chakra. Though if it hits a jutsu or opponent, it'll take their chakra.

Clone Of The Demon- (A-Rank) This is a cloning jutsu developed by Inatzu that uses his Demon Lightning to create human copies made of Demon Lightning. Though they are human shaped, they act only on instinct mostly. They can only communicate to a fellow Demon Lightning user thus speech is a way to see through their disquise. Also, being made from Demon Lightning gives the clones free use of it to assist the true user. Though, these clones are nothing but bad news to opponents. Because they are made out of Demon Lightning, Physical attacks will prove absolutely useless. They can instantly explode or create more protruding strands of Demon Lightning on their body. A fearful opponent to be sure. (Also has an undying hunger for blood.)

Ok, I like your profile and the way tis organized from jutsu on down and the ranks and descriptions are entirely fair. There's just a few problems one I don't really mind since its well organized the template doesn't matter, explain why your immune to genjutsu, becase for genjutsu to work the victim must have a mind and chakra in their system. If they don't have a mind which is what the genjutsu primarily affects, the pysche area then no genjutsu doesn't take place. Like using it on a puppet doesn't work, so puppets have an excuse.

If your trying to say your willpower is so strong you allow yourself to block out mind tricks that can't be the case either, because there are jutsu like Tsukuyomi. I like the idea of blocking out weak mind tricks with a strong pysche so try saying you eliminate most weak genjutsu by being a strong minded person in general.

The Chidori you have can't exactly follow a target if they move bc one's without Sharingan will appear to have tunnel vision and canbe blind-sided by any one as they can only see straight ahead so it doesn't help to use it unless your sure your opponent will not move out of place. I like the rip in space jutsu, but for future references do not start creating portals becuase we are gonna limit them and get rid of the multiple realm thing. That causes confusion, the justu you have is understandble as its just a tear in time, space creating a violent storm.
