Dosu and his team were ordered to find and kill Uchiha Sasuke. Unfortunately Orochimaru merely used the team as fodder to test Sasuke's powers after he placed a cursed seal on him. Dosu took this personally and swore to figure out what Orochimaru's true goal was. He turned his attention to Sasuke, thinking if he could kill him, then he may be able to ruin what plans Orochimaru held.

Dosu then made it past his third round preliminary match against Akimichi Chouji. When the third round brackets were announced, he saw that Sasuke was paired against Gaara of the Sand. Eager to cut down on the competition so he could face Sasuke faster, Dosu confronted Gaara late one night. Unfortunately for Dosu, Shukaku, the spirit within Gaara awoke easily due to the full moon. The sand incarnation attacked Dosu and unmercifully killed him.He managed to escape and from then he trained his speed and power and some say he is faster then rock lee.

Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Rock Lee uses the Konoha Kage Bayou to place his opponent into a position to do his Omote Renge technique. Uchiha Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Shishi Rendan technique.

The Sound Genin Dosu wears a sound amplifying device on his right arm. This weapon vibrates at such a range so as to disrupt the inner ear membrane of his target. This can result in extreme disorientation and dizziness. The dizziness and disorientination stays for the whole fight

How can a D-rank jutsu be used like a Chidori something that's A-ranked?

Your weapon, how can it conduct natural lightning when your not a Sage? You'll also need mastery of chakra control otherwise the lightning bolt would surge right through your weapon and through the hilt in search of ground. Which your body will then become a sort of ground for the lightning to strike , because the lightning will fry you until it strikes the earth. Only a Sage can harness natural elements.
