Chiri was born to Mangetsu Hozuki and an unknown mother, she didn’t have the best childhood due to her father’s often absence and so she lived with her cousins, Chiri was first really sad about her father’s constant absence and used to cry but she quickly passed that period and knew she had to depend on her self that’s why Chiri became very independent and her mind was much sharper then the other kids around her to add to that is her Hozuki abilities, her water control started much more earlier then to other Hozukis. Soon enough her father was revived and was back to see his own daughter which had grown so much but Mangetsu didn’t seem yet satisfied he thought Suigetsu’s family spoiled her at a point and she needs to be more serious. From that day on Chiri was said to be a promising student that would become a great ninja in the future.

Description: The Jiketsu To, also called the Akaketsu, is a small four invh red blade and a black wrapped in yellow tape. The tape hangs at the end and the edge of the Sabre is ablack with poison in it.

Info: The Akaketsu means "Red Blood" and got its name as it was seen ripping apart targets in a flash of red. When swung the Sabre leaves a trail of red chakra which can cut deep and also injects poison chakra into it. The blade allows Chiri to use Blood Release.
