~Bio~ Kina Died in the sand vilage against eman she fought her side he fought his but it ended in a tragic death of kina fuuma and gaara but coulpd of years later kina was recarnated as roze kusubana,roze didnt have a clue who she was until she met this lady who told her she was needed as she helped this lady gather scrolls she promised too help roze remember but one night the lady gave roze a mark and sent her too the river village cause the ritual too help her is too help so she muct die and bring back kina fuuma so when she entered the village she didnt kill but paralzed the villagers and she met Gale mato who tried too get her too leave but she didnt and continued until she met her end her end at the hands of kilyal mato and revived kina fuuma now what lies in store for the return of kina who knows......

Incarcerating Flame

The user summons forth the ancient power of the Mystics and channels it into their casting flames. By performing a series of handsigns, the user spews from their mouth, an intense flame that then surrounds the enemy creating a prison made of flames. The flames though are not just ordinary flames, gifted power of the Mystics makes the flames take on a shining ruby color. These flames are so intense, that if left in contact to long, the body part will go up in flames with an instant red burst. This jutsu is primarily use as a powerful stalling move. Keep enemy at bay for a post or two to charge for something much stronger.

The user conjours Mystic Flames that shoot out along the ground from where the user is standing. The Flames shoot up to about ten feet high and grow like a wall infront or around the user. This acts as an immediate defense but once served that purpose, it can then be shot outward and away from the user to repel and injure nearby enemies.

The user uses a similar method as the Mystic Blaze jutsu. The only difference is the neccessary usage of a contiuous handsign. The flames shoot out along the ground in several directions to attack the target/targets. The flames move extremely fast and when they reach the target, they cut clean and burn the wound emmensely as well. The heigth of the flames can vary according to th focus and intent of the user.

This is an extremely dangerous jutsu to use. One must have complete control over their chakra in order to perform this complex jutsu. The first stage is to channel chakra into the sword or weapon being used along with a small layer of flames. This creates the appearence of your weapon being on fire. The next step is to use the chakra to compress the flames, but not to extinquish them. Instead, the flames and chakra merge in a strange way causing the flames to almost melt into a liquid and coat the weapon. This allows for easier movement and faster speed with the weapon then it would being emersed in actual flames. Though, if too much chakra is used in the second stage, the liguid will seep from the blade as well as stick to it. This can cause a back splash when using the weapon causing the user to be immensely burned as well. Third stage is simple, attack the oppoent and watch the effects of my creation. For when the opponent is but knicked with the liquid flame coated weapon, the liquid mixes with their blood and splatters on their skin. This causes instant burning and blistering. If it splatters on anything flammable, it shall result in catching on fire. Back to the main effects. As I said how it mixes with the blood, this causes continuous burning as the wound may heal but the firery liquid remains in the system. This jutsu causes immense pain and if left untreated properly, can result in death as the liquid in the blood causes the bodies temperature to rise into dangrous levels. A slow and painful way to die. Don't you agree? ^.^

The user channels her chakra into the earth. At first, this would give the appearance to be that of an earth jutsu. When infact, the user uses their tie to Hell to bring forth flames from Hell. With one final seal after focusing the chakra into the earth, a great casim opens in the earth below the enemy. The second the first crack appears, an immense heat bursts forth from the casim. Then followed by the actual flames. The heat alone causes instant burns to the enemy. So even if they escape the full blast of the flames that follow, they will be a great deal slower and in a great deal of pain. The appearence of the area around the casim/fissure is a charcoal waste land.

The user of this jutsu conjures the Mystics power in the form of the Wind. The user performs a quick line of hand signs then throws their arms in the direction of their target. The air around them suddenly gets really dense. This can also be used as a temperary defense. The dense air slows the speed of oncoming weapons and jutsus that can then be repeled when the dense air thrusts out from around the user to take the form of several grand sized tornados. The wind around these tornados are so dense they are as solid and strong as steel.

This jutsu is one that takes time to fully master. This takes a long series of handsigns to perform. But once finished with the hand signs, the user releases a massive amount of Mystic chakra into the air. The air then blasts off to attack the target similar to the Wind Blade technique. But something different in this technique. For even if the target isn't struck by the dangerous tendrels of the wind, if the wind got within a foot of it's target, the secondary effect starts. The secondary effect is that the target/targets are are surrounded by an extremely dense area pressure. The sudden change causes their body to sufficate within seconds. This attack can be instantly picked out from being Wind Blade by its unique howling noise the wind makes when the attack is issued (It sounds almost metalic).

This jutsu is close to being forbidden. It requires at least some knowledge of the human anatomy or the anatomy of the target/targets. Te user uses the air around the enemy to invade the enemies body. The air fills the lungs and open cavities within the body with the dense Mystic air. It's painful but lasts very shortly as the air finally fills the enemy up too much and the open cavities and lungs burst/rupture. This causes instant death as the rupturing also damages other organs as well. The jutsu takes time to prepare because the air has to densify within the body. Also, in order to use this jutsu, the user must be within 10 feet of the target/targets.

The User conjures a thin circle of water infront of themself after a quick series of concentrated handsigns. It resembles a mirror to her opponents but a looking glass for her. All around, the air begins to get chilled and an icy misty sets in. Once the enemy sees their reflection, they are caught in the genjutsu. The Genjutsu causes the enemy to see their worst fears. While the ninjutsu part activatesat the same time the Genjutsu does. The Ninjutsu causes the mirror conjured by the user to envelope the target. This causes them to drown whilein the genjutsu.

This is similar to the Tidal Wave Jutsu. The user brings forth a massive amount of water and floods the area. But the Mystic water holds a hidden property. If the enemy is even touched by a drop of the water conjured, the target will be paralyzed and unable to move. But the water also drains chakra as well. It is a great danger to all those who think water is their friend.

The user excreets a golden colored chakra which then envelopes their body. It then complexes itself by becoming more radiant. The users body is now enveloped in a blinding glowing armor of chakra. It is so bright, it is almost impossible to look at. This armor is used so that even though the enemies can see her and where she's at, when she moves, it causes their eyes to be fooled by after images and doubles made by the blinding light. But the chakra also adds strength and speed to the user making the enemy even more confused as they no longer know her full speed, strength, and where abouts. Is only temperary do to the fact that the more moves issued in this state drains the armor of its chakra.

Indeed it's need edition the new jutsus:

The first fire jutsu Incenerating Flames or whatever it is:
-- The effect of the flame can't be THAT intense as to burn a whole arm to ash if touched even the infamous Amaterasu could not do that. Lower it's burns. Other than that it's good.

Mystic Flame or whatever it is and the Blades of Hisaki are approved.

The Crying Burning Flames:

-- Ok let's get this thing clear, the idea is good I like it but you are countering common sense yes fire does burn stuff like skin but when it is opposed with blood it speeds up blood clotting aka healing but that doesn't happen quickly so yeah what I want you to do is remove the non-healing part while the flames in this S-rank jutsu can be intense as you say. So yea just remove the It-can't-be-Healz0rz

Hell's Fissure is approved but I will looking how she uses it and if she uses it bad I'd nerf it =/

Wind Jutsus:
Gale of the Mystic is fine and approved but has the same note as Hell's Fissure.

I only had to edit three, but I developed new abilities for most to replace the lost. This I think helped them keep some of their power but more acceptable. Animal Morphing-This ability was learned when kina fuuma tapped in her animal instincts cause she is the animal path.this allows her to morph into any animal but her favorite is her vicious tiger where she stands on two feet instead of four the only downfall is she has cat ears and a tail afterwards and her speed and power increase on which animal she turns to

Mystic Ice Jutsu

This jutsu can only be used after Whispered Chill. It suddenly freezes the water and moisture in the air and surrounding area causing reflective pillars to encircle and enclose around the target/targets. The pillars act like a mirror of the element stated in its name. Hisaki (Fire), but as its reflection is that of fires opposite, it freezes instead of burn on contact. But this is not all it does. For this ice is so cold that as it freezes, it also burns. But back to the encircling and enclosing of the opponent. Once captured in this cage of absolute ice, it is close to impossible to get out. The chill inside the enclosement causes the encloser to continually grow inward. This means, the longer the enemy stays inside, the harder it is to escape and the greater chance they have of being frozen solid. This jutsus only known escape for those entrapped is to somehow overpower its chill factor which is over 10,000 below zero. Doing this will cause a reversal of the jutsu making it melt instead of freeze.

This is a move designed just for the female gender. This jutsu takes a simple blown kiss and turns it into a deep dark secret from the depths of the heart where nothing but ice rests in the woman who uses it. This feeling is as stated above, dished out by the motion of blowing a kiss. The jutsu must be within a close range in order to affect the target. This closeness is only 3 feet. The user must have concentrated chakra into their throat before they blow the deadly kiss. But if all goes right, the damaging effect will strike without remorse. It's effects are that, hypothetically, the target receives the kiss. From there, they feel a sudden chill wash over their body. After that, their cheek shows a kiss mark. This mark is made from the skin on the cheek begining to freeze. The freezing then continues to spread, this is caused by a very light mist being cast over the area around the target. Very light, but very dangerous even if left in it for a second. The mist is absorbed by the enemies skin causing the freezing effect to continue even after moving.

The user of this ability does a long series of handsigns in order to activate this jutsu. When finished, the air thickens with mist and razor sharp ice crystals form in the thousands in the high atmosphere. The mist hides the larger ones mixed in with the small while when the user raises their hands then swings them down, all the shards pour down from the heavens. Tuning the entire field into a massive feld of shards and spikes protruding from the ground.
